Great service, work harder then any agent I have ever had
I booked a 16 day cruise almost two years ago for April of this year. We got a good price and are happy about our cruise in about 80 days. Phil always stays in touch which I really like. He called me today and tells me that he had some great news. I already paid final payment and he said he got us a better price and that we are going to get a refund. I was thinking ok.. $50 or $60 and then he says $844 will be refunded to my card. I thought I heard him wrong and he repeated my refund will be $844.00. Thanks Phil. You are the greatest.- Carol C.
