Robert, with Cruise Planners, put together a great trip to Australia for our group. The logistics of the trip was not easy: 1) there were some aspects of the trip that had already been reserved on our own, and; 2) our parties were arriving at the final destination on different days and using different modes of transportation for arrival. From the beginning, we were provided ideas and options to choose for attractions to visit. This allowed for us to have as much input as possible in seeing what we wanted. At the same time, Robert brought to the table different ideas and attractions we may want to consider. After the main activities and attractions were finalized, Robert went to work on arranging all the transportation that would be needed. When the plan and the execution of the plan work well, it makes for an easy and enjoyable time. This is what happened on this trip, with one exception. It is when things don’t go as planned, that one can see and understand the benefit Robert brings to the table. Our snafu was minor, but was going to impact the remainder of the day. Even though we were 17 time zones apart, Robert was able to facilitate a solution, which took about 20 minutes. Considering the time difference and intercontinental conversations that had to take place, I view this as being extremely expeditious. Even though Robert had completed all the upfront work to make arrangements, he did not abandon us when his knowledge of the inner workings of the travel industry were most needed by our group. I know that Robert stood by ready to assist, up until we finally returned home from our 52 day holiday. Not only would I recommend Robert to assist you in making your next vacation plans, I am already using his services to visit Africa in the not too distant future.- Troy P.

For my first cruise and first experience using them I had a Fabulous Experience minus missing my boat in Miami and having to meet them in the Dominican Republic.
