Ryan has helped us with 2 cruises this year-- one already completed & one planned for next year. Both of these are on Celebrity, a great cruise line but unfortunately a stinker regarding its customer-facing website/customer support line. Ryan has access to the "back-end" of Celebrity for quickly obtaining accurate & complete information, & the firm he's associated with often has better specials with bigger discounts than Celebrity does. Further, he helped plan numerous excursions when we were in Italy and Greece (Aug 2022) on the Celebrity Beyond (GREAT ship!!) that were better than Celebrity's & better tuned to our exact interests. My husband and I have cruised more than 25 times through the years. Ryan has gone over and above what a travel agents are expected to do. After my husband received many invitations from Holland American, we decided to book a cruise this summer. A week after we booked this beautiful trip, Holland America sent my husband a better incentive to cruise. This incentive would have saved us an additional $1,000.00. Holland America at first stated that changes could not be made to our initial reservation. Ryan took it upon himself to contact Holland America again, going up the food chain and was able to resolve the situation by getting us back the $1,000.00.
