Caroline was so helpful in planning our 30th anniversary trip to an all inclusive. She began by giving us options for an all-inclusive in different locations. Imagine you've been given your dream vacation - the best suites, the most beautiful cities, first class air tickets - and suddenly you can't coordinate the gift which includes 6 vouchers, four different people in four different households and half on the east coast, half on the west. Pushing 42 emails over three weeks, Caroline kept everyone calm, happy and got everyone on the same page, all arranged absolutely perfectly. The Hacienda Encantada in Cabo is a gorgeous resort. Mt wife and I were on the all inclusive plan, and we enjoyed a variety of swimming pools and restaurants, all with amazing views of the Pacific. Caroline handled all the arrangements including resort section, hotel/airport transfers and a sunset sailing boat. All provided top class courtesy and professionalism.
