She knows the ins & outs of the cruise industry such as the best rooms to book, cruise credits, excursions, etc. She did so many extra things like give us cruise luggage tags, stickers, and other little things that made it even more special. Even when we had issues with our hotel upon arrival, Julie was ON IT. She fixed the issue and ensured us that she'd get to the bottom of what happened so it didn't happen again. Julie Pierce planned this trip for me and she handled everything from the flights to what to do on our free days. I did not have to worry about anything. I was on a group tour with CIE and they were wonderful. I highly recommend their group tours, the guide was very knowledgeable about his country and very personable. We had a great vacation, Julie handled everything without me having to ask any questions before we left, would definitely use her again.
I had a last minute business trip and needed things arranged quickly. Julie did the research and got me a great hotel, rental car and suggested I include travel insurance. The insurance was the best suggestion and I'm glad I had her add it to my trip. My flight was delayed and my bag was lost, even though these were inconveniences, the travel insurance covered me financially. I will always use a travel advisor for my planning, Thanks Julie!
