From the beginning, Carole proved to be an absolute Rockstar in orchestrating our long-awaited family cruise. Originally scheduled for December 20220, our plans were thwarted by the onset of the pandemic. With varying opinions on vaccination requirements, we patiently waited until January 2024 when restrictions eased, and the Norwegian Viva beckoned us with promises of luxury and excitement.
As a seasoned cruiser, I was thrilled for the opportunity to explore a brand-new ship, especially alongside my family members, half of whom were embarking on their maiden voyage. Carole's expertise shone through as she coordinated flights from multiple locations, ensuring our arrival in Puerto Rico within an hour of each other. Even my control freak tendencies couldn't fault her flawless execution.
Embarkation day greeted us with smooth sailing through Puerto Rico's port, a stark contrast to the chaos often experienced elsewhere. We had an issue with our Southwest flight home, and when I say issue, they changed our flight time to before we will even be off the ship. Carole addressed it and found us a different flight home and is working to get us refunded for both flights, due to the extreme out of pocket expense we incurred, not to mention the huge inconvenience.
Carole's unwavering support and professionalism provided a beacon of light. Her dedication to ensuring a seamless booking experience and her ability to pivot towards future adventures, such as our upcoming Royal Caribbean cruise, speaks volumes about her commitment to client satisfaction.
