Oh my gosh! Barbara of Walter World Travel is a ROCKSTAR! I had so many differing issues with my cruise reservation due to shifting covid protocols. Barbara was on top of each and every issue, each and every time. She literally spent countless hours sorting out my reservation with the cruise company, and she went above and beyond to escalate each issue up the food chain to get each individual issue corrected. The trip was amazing! The hotel was great. The hot tub pool area was really nice to have and the location was great. The hotel was a 15 minute drive to trails and site seeing activities and the walkable to restaurants and bars.
We had to make an emergency trip out of the country. Barbara was incredible in helping us plan a trip on short notice and held our hands as we navigated travel in these Covid times. I would highly recommend her and will use her again for our next travel; hopefully next time it will truly be a vacation.
