We just got back from an unforgettable two week family cruise through Europe and the Mediterranean, and we truly could not have done it without Arielle. I needed help planning out Hawai'i trip. I had tickets to fly but no idea what to do. I reached out in a moms group for a travel planner to help me out. Arielle responded and reached out to me. She helped find fun things to do in Oahu and the bug Island of Hawaii. My kids and husband liked the Jurassic park tour in Oahu that she found. We did a day trip to the North Shore ending at Sunset beach following suggested places to stop on the way. She helped plan out a perfect plan for the big island and we spent half the time in Hilo and half in Kona. She picked amazing hotels for us and handled the rental car details. All we had to do was show up and show our ID's and cards. Each day she reached out to text us the plan for the next day as reminders. We stopped by nearly all the suggested places. I wanted to see the volcanos and the top of Mauna Kea. She helped us find the perfect tours. Our volcano park tour got cancelled at the last minute and she helped us work out a plan to continue the tour directly with the guide after it fell through with Viator. Highlights: coffee farm in Kona, seahorse farm in Kona, sunsets, trip to top of Mauna Kea, day trip to Volcano National Park, trip to North shore on Oahu, Jurassic tour, outrigger hotel, personalized itineraries created by Arielle, attentiveness to my requests, and her great personality.

We just got back from our Japan/Tokyo- Korea/Seoul trip which Arielle helped us plan. We had a great time without any problems She set up the hotels and the tours. We did 3 custom private tours which were a little more expensive but we got to see and do so much more in the places we visited, plus we had knowledgeable guides that could translate for us as well. We also had Arielle book all are transportation once we arrived to Tokyo and Korea. She coordinated and communicated everything for us and made sure that all the tour guides and transportation and hotel reservations were correct. She also gave us daily updates on what was on our itinerary which made our trip so much easier. The location of the hotels were great too, close to everything stores, subways, bus and restaurants. Arielle was a good listener and provided many options as she worked to build our wonderful 2 week Anniversary trip to Italy. We started at a wedding near Monteriggioni. The wine tasting in San Gimignano fun. In Florence, Venice and Rome we visited the Jewish Ghetto and synagogues. We enjoyed the pizza making class and our visit to the Academy Gallery. Venice was our favorite and that is where we celebrated our 46th. The train was fun, the water bus and water taxi rides were great, but the gondola ride is a must! During planning and then throughout our trip, Arielle was available with daily reminders, What’sApp communication and driver and guide contact information. She is planning our next trip. My husband and I recently went on our honeymoon to Scotland, Denmark, and Sweden and Arielle took great care of us and planned an incredible trip. We went to several cities, took fantastic food tours, boat tours of the lakes, and some fun activities around the city including a whiskey tasting experience in Scotland. Arielle helped us plan a wonderful trip to London, Amsterdam and Paris. We stayed at a great hotel in London. In Amsterdam she got a wonderful tour guide to take us around the Jewish quarter. She was also able to get the Anne Frank house tickets which are hard to get. In Paris we had tickets for the Louvre and a great tour of the Eiffel Tower. She did a great job of getting us to and from Disneyland Paris.

We travelled on the Princess Discovery 7 day LA/Mexican Riviera. We had an amazing time! Our staterooms were located on deck 17. These rooms were located at the level which definitely made navigating from our stateroom to the various attractions, bars and amenities with ease. I loved that our entry doors opened up to the enclosed hallway viewing the upper deck pool and bar. It felt like our own personal space.
I don’t believe we could ever stay in any of the enclosed decks for future cruises. Princess strives for top notch service and attractions. We didn’t want our trip to end. Arielle, our cruise specialist made booking so easy and provided the most attentive and supportive assistance from the date of initial booking, and thereafter where we fine tuned other details as we approached our sail. She was very efficient in providing accommodations for additional members in our group as well. Communication was quick, detailed and thorough! I want you to thank you for a most wonderful time on the cruise and all the excursions. For once in my life time ( sounds like a song) I can see fishes and beautiful reefs under the sea with my googles at the Great Barrier Reef, third largest in the world. I think your name Ariel "the little mermaid " blessed it. Food was terrific especially the dinners with almost five star service. I did not use up our special lunch , ice cream and other credits, sitting down for an elegant dinner was perfect for me at the end of the day. Your family is great. Shael was absolutely fun and adorable. You taught him well. He listens and doesn't get up throughout the whole diner with us .I suspect he listened to your instructions. He has many good ideas how he wants to try diff things. Definitely a curious mind for a little boy . That's a good sign. Also, I love your musical instinct playing the steel drums. I can tell You had musical background. You are very efficient and resourceful. I love my room. Wow! I am looking forward to my next cruise!

We just came back from a week long Caribbean cruise with 4 different families that Arielle helped us book. She did a great job helping us choose the right cruise line, cruise itinerary and excursions. We wanted a cabin that could comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 teenagers and Arielle helped us selected a balcony cabin that was slightly bigger than average and had a great set up. We felt like we had plenty of room.
My in-laws decided less than 3 weeks before the cruise to join us and she was able to help them secure the last open cabin on the ship the same day they called her.
Arielle also patiently helped the two sets of grandparents navigate the Princess app, book specialty dining and excursions.
After the trip, everyone agreed we wanted to do it again. This is the third cruise that Arielle has helped me book and she has been incredible every time. I highly recommend working with Arielle if you are looking for someone who will completely take care of you and respond quickly to any requests. She really cares about her clients.

Just returned from my second Mexican Riviera cruise on the Carnival Panorama and I'm still not over what an amazing value of a vacation this is! Living in AZ, the cost of flying to FL to get on a cruise to the Caribbean is almost prohibitive these days, but thankfully Carnival has this big beautiful NEW ship right out of LA. Carnival knows how to bring the FUN, and these ports have so much to do, there's no risk of getting bored going on the same route over and over.
Even as someone who loves to do her own research and planning, I've seen immense value from having someone like Arielle to handle all the little details of booking, and to help find discount codes on excursions I might want to do that aren't through Carnival. I have to admit, before working with her, I used to think travel agents were becoming obsolete in the age of the Internet, but not anymore!

I am such a vacation planner that it is exhausting! No joke, by the time the trip arrives, I have total burn out. Not this time!! Arielle did EVERYTHING that was needed for us to have the most amazingly memorable trip. She even bore with us as we had to reschedule due to getting sick. She was on the phone within minutes of hearing that we were sick and moved mountains to get everything rescheduled. We planned this cruise with you in September of 2021 not knowing exactly what the COVID situation would look like for our trip that was completed in September of 2022. Throughout the entire booking process, you were diligent and on top of everything we could have asked for. Your responsiveness and attention to detail was way above and beyond. Handling a group of 6 families that included more then 20 people all with different questions and requests is a monumental task but you handles it with professionalism. My husband and I are so so lucky we found Arielle! First off, she is so kind and truly cares about what matters to you and whoever you plan on traveling with when it comes to your vacation. We booked our honeymoon with her, and she made sure that our budget, needs, and wants were heard from the beginning to the end. She responded so promptly and within a week after our initial video call she had two great resort options for us to stay within our budget. We had spoken to other travel planners who made us feel like our budget would not get us a great resort for our honeymoon, but she proved that wrong. We also had to completely change our dates to a month early for our trip just a few months before and she did it effortlessly and with little change in price for the trip. She also set up transfers to and from the airport and all of our excursions; she also recommended the best things to do in Cancun as we had no clue what were the best places to see and things to do. She checked in frequently during our stay to make sure everything went smoothly! We loved our resort and did not break the bank to have a great honeymoon as we had feared. If you’re thinking of booking any type of Travel, Arielle is your person! We booked an Alaska Family Cruise for a group of 22 of us! Who knew Travel Agents still existed?? LOL Arielle was wonderful! It was so nice to just put everything in her hands. Thank you for booking a wonderful tour for us of Jewish Melbourne and a room at the Melbourne Westin. The Westin on Collins was in the heart of the city where we were able to walk to Victoria's Market, the many shops, and cafes. Our room was spacious and luxurious and we enjoyed their Sunday buffet brunch with an array of selections. The service there was excellent, and everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful.
Our tour guide, Shelley Cohney, went beyond the call of duty to give us a broad tour of not only Jewish Melbourne, but Melbourne itself. She took us to the Jewish Museum with its many artifacts, a Jewish gift shop, a Jewish bakery where we enjoyed their freshly baked challah, and we had a bite at one of the many Jewish establishments in St. Kilda, a predominantly Jewish neighborhood with a bustling Jewish presence. The tour was more than worth the price we paid. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Melbourne.
