Jackie took the work out of planning this trip. I had 2 guests that were switching back and forth between leaving with all of us or by them selves. When they finally decided to leave the same time as us, she dealt with airline and hotel so that they could. She also picked a Luau for us, and the highlight of the evening was my 77 yr old mother taking pic with a dancer. The rental cars were waiting for us and when we had mechanical issue they traded us cars without question. One or more of our 14 found things to do that highlighted their stay from Road to Hana in convertibles, paragliding. Submarining, shopping, hanging out on Front street or at the pool at Kaanapali Beach resort. The people of Maui were so nice.
They were very communicative and helped to get us the best deals and perks even on short notice. Although our cruise ended up getting canceled because of COVID they were very helpful in arranging for us to get a refund and helped to apply our travel insurance to a future cruise. They are awesome!

Can I just say BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Jackie helped book a cruise for a family birthday... Needless to say with so many different schedules and people, she did a lot of searching to make this work!
