Crystal was amazing in helping us book our cruise trip this past summer. I was hesitant at first since I had already booked a couple cruises myself before, so I wasn't sure what was beneficial in going with a Cruise Planner. After speaking with her she was able to tell me some other details that I never thought about while booking especially details about the staterooms. She made the whole process easy. We spent too much time on busses and very little free time given.
Never docked by a town to get off the boat and explore on your own. Too many locks and traffic issues on the river. On the boat, the service was impeccable. Crew is great.

The last time we took a viking cruise we traveled at night and woke up in a new town. We had time to explore on our own. This trip we had to take a bus to the excursions, many times with over a 1/2 mile walk to and from the boat

Crystal has been wonderful! We had future cruise credit that we struggled to apply to a cruise so we reached out to Crystal. We learned that her services were at no additional cost to us and were included in what we already pay for the cruise. She helped us book our itinerary with ease and she was very knowledgeable about the ports we were headed to. When we had to cancel yet again, she was able to seamlessly transfer our cruise to a future date so we did not have to forfeit our vacation due to a pet emergency. We did not have to sit on hold with the cruise lines for hours. She also went one step further and sent us a box full of all the paperwork we needed to get on the cruise as well as goodies we could use for the cruise. Utilizing Crystal is the only way we will ever book a cruise in the future!

Working with Crystal has been a delight. We had initially set up our cruise years ago but it kept getting pushed back due to things out of our control. We got quite overwhelmed with everything so we went to Crystal and she made everything so much better. We highly recommend her!
Crystal worked with our family spread across 3 different states to get us all on the same page to go on a dream trip. She went above and beyond to accommodate my elderly mother in law with information to help her feel more at ease with the whole process. We all had a great time. We had a great experience from beginning to end. Crystal was great to work with and really helped us out. We would definitely seek her help in planning our next cruise.
Crystal was fairly patient with us & all our questions. It would have alleviated some of the frustrations had she sent us the fliers for each park sooner, that tell what exactly was included at each park with the all-inclusive package. The resort she recommended was beyond anything we could have imagined, a 5 diamond resort! The resort was beautiful, very well organized, transportation ran on time, food was ecxellent, service at resort was excellent.
Crystal did an amazing job putting together our vacation and dealing with last minute changes! Everything went perfectly!
Crystal was amazing. We needed 2 separate rooms and she found the perfect locations on the ship to accommodate our needs. She organized our hotel reservation the day prior to sailing, which had free airport shuttle service. Booked a wheelchair rental for pickup at the Port and provided detailed information for the pickup & return.
The overall experience was great and would contact Crystal for all travel needs.
Crystal was so helpful every step of the way, when planning our cruise and excursions. It gave me piece of mind knowing that someone had my best interest and available for any questions/concerns as booking a cruise directly through a cruise line can be overwhelming and you never know if they are trying to sell/upgrade you on something you don't need.
Everything was set up perfectly
The facility was gorgeous and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there in the off season after a holiday weekend so it wasn’t crowded at all. And the weather was great too.

Crystal set up a nice cruise, although the itinerary changed before sailing and we couldn’t visit a spot we wanted to see. I don’t know if the cruise line was forthcoming about why the changes were made, but once aboard we discovered the ship was down an engine and we couldn’t make all our stops due to the decreased speed. That should have been shared with us if known prior to sailing. Also, the hotel that was recommended had no shuttle to the airport which would have been nice to have. These are small things I wish the agents would have communicated if known to them. Otherwise the vacation was nice and relaxing.

Crystal Johnson has been a blessing to my family in planning, rescheduling 2x this trip. We arrived in Maui on October 16, 2021 (3rd time was the charm) to flawless arranged transportation to our Resort. We stayed at the Royal Lahaina Resort without issue and enjoyed beach access for 7 days. The Luau recommended was amazing! Our time in Maui was beautiful because Crystal worked hard to make sure this was our dream trip. My daughter Blanca and I were in awe of how wonderful Crystal was to us in our needs, hopes, and dreams. We could not have planned this caliber of a trip without Crystal. We trusted her recommendations and were more than satisfied. When we were looking for someplace to go on our honeymoon, we both knew we wanted to go someplace unique. We contacted a few travel agents and told them of our wishes and kept getting "how about Mexico or Hawaii" which is exactly what we WEREN'T looking for. Like they never heard us when we said UNIQUE- someplace a lot of people don't go! Then we found Crystal. Crystal instantly provided us with options in the Maldives, Bali and an island I've never even heard of before. She was excellent about listening to what we were looking for- a good mix of relaxation and adventure- and provided us with options. We chose to vacation in the Maldives and the process of getting everything booked was SO EASY thanks to Crystal. She even helped us book a dinner reservation at the underwater restaurant on a neighboring island and provided us with information for the dive center on the island so we could get our SCUBA certification. I never knew how much I needed a travel agent in my life and now that we've used Crystal to help us plan our amazing honeymoon, we'll definitely use her for future trips! I just want to say thank you! We had a wonderful time. The food was amazing, everyone was super nice and energetic. All of the services were perfect. George, our butler was the absolute best. The coupons came in handy as well. The instructions were easy to understand and follow so there was no hiccups on the way in or out. I definitely want to do this trip again with the entire family!
