She advised us when upgrades were available, and we selected the Premium Package which included drinks, premium deserts, two fitness classes, reserved seating at the theatre, and dining at two of the specialty restaurants on board. This was our very first travel booking thru Lisa and our first time in Cabo. It was a great trip beginning from the private Suburban transfers from the airport to the hotel and back all the way to setting us up in a great ocean view room. The icing on the cake was the hotel private assistant assigned to us to help us thru our stay — from facilitating easy check in/check out, arranging a spa session, making dinner reservations, reserving poolside cabanas, getting the cleaning crew or bellhop to our room to finding excursions without having to go down to concierge and fighting the long lines. Such great service we didn’t even know we would enjoy! Takes the worries out of possibly missing out on stuff. Really felt like royalty!

Excellent trip with Delta first class flight arrangements. Pick-up at airport and hotel return by SUV from travel company. Accommodations were as requested with a 4th floor room with ocean view. Overlooked the pool and recreation area. 24/7 fitness facility and plenty of activities with a restaurant that provided free coffee and tea daily. The only concern during this trip was with Guest Relations. Placed an order for the room (meat and cheese tray with crackers, chocolates, PR candies, and wine). No crackers and chocolates. Had to have a discussion with Guest Relations and informed them that services were lacking in this area, as compared to our last visit, especially since it was for the wife's birthday. They did correct the issue and said they would provide 5,000 points for the inconvenience. Contacted the travel company for a quote on a visit to "Pig Road" and never heard back from them. Fortunately, found an excellent taxi driver that took us to Old San Juan for shopping that quoted us $150 versus $200 that a previous taxi driver had quoted us the day before. He was excellent on the "Pig Road" tour providing insight into the area there and back. Old San Juan and "Pig Road" are must during a stay in Puerto Rico. Looking forward to the next visit.
