BEST VACATION EVER! This was a bucket list item and totally worth it Alaska is like no other Our ship was beautiful The ports were charming. Our excursions were amazing If you go we highly recommend a balcony room It was delightful to sit on the balcony and watch the icebergs as we approached Hubbard Glacier. We saw whales from our room as well as sea lions and sea otters. The ports were each different. Mendallhall Glacier is a wonder and brought tears to my eyes Icy Strait was equally beautiful and we went on a whale watch, easily seeing 50+ whales We used G-winds.com Glacier Winds for our small boat charter

Another vacation in the books, love having a great TA. Gianna handled my family vacation again this year. She did a great job dealing with our challenges, and making any changes we needed pre-trip and during trip. This year there were a few bumps along the way due to the Airline changing flights post our initial booking, but Gianna was quick to resolve these issues and get the trip back on track.

Mindy is an amazing travel agent! She got us such an amazing deal and her few added touches of on board credit and a specialty dinner made it that much better. First cruise My family and I decided to go and do a cruise with some softball family members that are going for spring break. We bought our cruise tickets through Royal Carribean thinking it was the cheaper way of buying it but one of our Friends told us about Mindy Breitman that Booked their Cruise and it was less expensive than ours and they had the same amount of family members that was going so I called Mindy who’s nice and knowledgeable about everything. I gave her my itinerary and asked if she was able to help. She asked for my phone number and told me that she would call me back to see what she could do and to my astonishment Mindy was able to save me over $1200 and an extra room for the trip. Mindy came highly recommended by a Facebook Group and she did not disappoint. She saved us a ton of money, booked us a great room in a prime location on the ship that I did not truly appreciate until I was on the cruise. She also recommended resources that helped me prepare for the cruise. The Cruise Planners app is a little clunky, but usable and does not detract from planning at all. Overall, I would highly recommend Mindy and Cruise Planners.

Wonderful Trip Mindy helped us find a great deal on a Royal Caribbean cruise to Norway. We added a few days after in London and had a trip of a lifetime. Mindy sent us timely emails before the trip to ensure we had everything we needed.

Mindy took care of everything and sent us reminders before the trip. Trip was everything we expected PLUS.... Will be using her again AND recommending her.

Mindy So let’s start with the fact I met Mindy via Facebook right before Covid she helped me with all of my cancellations before she ever received a commission from a cruise I took! Mindy embodies everything you could ever want in a travel agent! Her priority is her clients safety and happiness! We had booked a cruise to Norway with Mindy and we tested positive for Covid and we’re not able to board her first priority was our health and safety not the fact that our cancellation also meant she was not going to get commission on that trip. I use a travel like Mindy because she takes the time to get to know me and my preferences sure you could use a big box travel agent and get a more on board credit or a Costco gift card but they don’t care about you! Mindy answers phone calls at odd hours from Europe and without her my Covid cancelled cruise would have been 200% more stressful! Thx u Mindy for all you do to make my vacations stress free for me (sorry the stress is placed on you lol)!! Last of all the best perk of having a travel agent like Mindy is that since she knows me she can often anticipate my wants and often calls with options I never thought of but have always wanted! Finally while Mindy is very generous when it comes to onboard credit and amenities and it is appreciated but her level of service is so superior I would use her regardless of it and gladly give it up for level of service Mindy provides! - Michael H.

Jeana did an absolutely perfect job of planning our 7 day trip to Disney World. We were traveling for the first time with our 5 children under the age of 10 and Jeana made the trip effortless for us. She planned the perfect itinerary and dining for our family. She took a significant amount of time literally walking me through each park's map to plan the order of rides to minimize walking. She set reasonable expectations of what we should try and see each day, and it made our trip so enjoyable. I can't imagine that there is a planner better then Jeana. She has an impeccable attention to detail which reflected in our dream vacation.

Sandals, Grenada was spectacular. We felt like we had the resort to ourselves. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cheryl did a great job planning the event for each couple and definitely looked out for us in so many ways.
