Vera: I just wanted to thank you for setting us up on this tour. We had the best time!!! The tour guide was fantastic, bus driver amazing, local tour guides were interesting and engaging... it was just a great, great, great vacation. I would highly recommend it as it has a good balance of seeing the basics (Rome, Florence and Venice) and then some smaller and more remote areas like Cinque Terre and Assisi... both of which were breathtaking! The bus drive through Tuscany and Umbria regions was just amazing. Accommodations were great... we were 30 seconds from St Mark's Square in Venice and could walk to the Vatican in Rome. The visit to the Verrazzamo Castle was a highlight! We ended up doing almost all of the optional dinners/tours and were not disappointed one bit. It was pretty fast paced and yes, we did leave some villages/cities saying we wished we had more time, but I think that's a comment you hear often. We were also fortunate to meet some very nice people on the tour as well as another mother/daughter duo from Parkland, Florida. Thanks again...can't wait for out next trip!- Susan M.
Vera planned a cruise for my daughters 40th birthday. Had a lot of complications with ID for my daughter's boyfriend. Thank god we had the most professional, caring hard working travel agent in the business. She helped me make my daughters 40th birthday as special as I wanted it to be. Vera will even help you when she is on vacation herself. Can't wait to book more vacations with Vera's help.- Elena K.
Hi Vera.
We really don't know where to begin. We know the people you had to deal with which is why we are writing Pope Frances to put your name in for sainthood. :-) So what was the "impossible"? Rendering me completely speechless. :-)
From the bottom of our heart, we can't thank you enough...not only for your gifts while we were on the cruise, but all you did to make the surprise happen. Apparently both camps almost gave up and told us beforehand but for whatever reason they had, they never did.
To sum it all up, we had an incredible time. As you know this was Eddie's first cruise and he loved it. There are a few things we won't do again but those few things that could have been better really don't affect the big picture. My barometer? Eddie...as we pulled into Port Everglades he let me know he was sad it was over. When I heard that, I knew the trip was a bonafide success. :-) And it really was.
On a little different note and something we hadn't talked about before: Over the years and for each cruise I've taken, I have used a different Travel Agent professional for each one mostly because, at the end of the day, I really wasn't all that happy with them and the service they provided. Don't get me wrong...it wasn't because I felt they "owed" us anything (I think you know by now I am not like that), it was really just the basics of things. I know the travel industry has changed a lot over the years but when it comes to cruises, my personal opinion is a person would have to be a bit of a fool to not book through an agent.
So, with that said I know I can speak for the others because they have all made their feelings about you pretty well known to us (and a few other passengers we encountered)...we all felt the same way. In our opinion, you went above and beyond everyone's expectations and you handled a complicated situation in such a manner it made it all appear seamless to us. We may not know the specifics about what you did but we feel we have a pretty good idea concerning the amount of work you did to make it all happen, and all of us were so very grateful we had you in our corner. We have already spreading the work on the "Gospel of Vera". :-)
Anyway...just wanted to drop you a quick line (I know...too late :-) ) to let you know how wonderful everything went, how more-than-successful the surprise was, and to say "thank you" for everything (including your patience) and your gifts...it was truly a trip we'll forever remember and for the right reasons. If there are any cruises for any of us in our future (and I can say with a fair amount of certainty there will be), you can feel rest-assured you will be contacted because everyone felt the same way as we do.
One more time...my husband and I thank you again from the bottom of our hearts!
Pete 'n Eddie
Vera, thank you for everything! We had such an amazing time on our honeymoon with not a single hiccup! The travel was a breeze, and we have you to thank for that! We highly recommend Valentin Imperial Maya to any of your clients too. You took care of all of our worries with our travel documents you provided. We will highly recommend your services to our friends and family!

Everything was smooth sailing thanks to Vera. We literally got VIP treatment from the moment we checked in. The Breakaway speaks for itself and your suggestion to book the spa room was a great way to begin this relaxing vacation. All the information you gave me regarding restaurants, excursions and our stay in Bermuda was perfect. Thanks a million!!!!- Paula V.
Just got back from a wonderful 10 day cruise on the Celebrity Infinity. The ship and crew were courteous, accommodating, and met our expectations wonderfully. The itinerary was varied between small fishing hamlets to larger cities which made for interesting daily excursions. We enjoyed learning about this unique country and would recommend putting this on your bucket list. Many thanks to our travel agent, Vera Kuemmel for handling the arrangements and my endless questions.- Vickie E.
Our niece was recently married in Key West as part of a cruise. Every detail was carefully and luxuriously planned by Vera. The couple was extremely happy as were both sets of parents and us. We experienced EXCELLENT customer service from Vera. She was always available for questions, sent reminders of what we needed to do before the cruise and followed up after the cruise. When we told her that Barry lost his glasses Vera she worked on it immediately. She could have given us contact info for the ship but took it upon herself to take care of it. Thanks Vera. Once again Vera, you are our go to gal for cruising
Sherry and Barry Pratt- Sherry P.
We just got back from a 5 day cruise to the Bahamas and Key West, Florida on Royal Caribbean. We got married in Key West and Vera planned our entire group cruise and we could not have been more impressed with her. Vera has been the absolute BEST cruise planner we have ever worked with. We will never work with anyone but Vera from now on. She was always responsive and proactive with helping us on everything for the cruise, and reminding us of important things up until the day of the cruise. She even checked in with us after we got home from our vacation. Vera is a perfect example of someone who provides an extraordinary customer experience and I would recommend her to all of my friends and family. Thanks again to Vera, she was an absolute treat to work with!- Kristen S.
I just wanted to thank you for making our first cruise such a great experience. We all had a great time and look forward to going on future cruises. We received wine bottles in our rooms and Jonathan's birthday card for a dinner celebration. The onboard credit definitely came in handy too!
I was really impressed by the cleanliness of the ship and the friendliness of the entire crew! The food was great and all of us added a few extra pounds which we now need to get rid of.
Thank you also for the birthday cookies, card, tote bags, etc.. you really did a fantastic job and we appreciate your service.
Have a wonderful day and we hope to be in touch soon.
Regards,
Clara Padron & Family- Clara P.
Vera you did a great job coordinating, keeping us informed and making sure all arrangement with Royal Caribbean were to our satisfaction. Our entire group of 30 plus was well taken care of and we had a wonderful time. On prior cruises (using other travel agents and RC directly), our dinning arrangements were always a mess, but this time having you coordinate for our entire group ensured no unexpected surprises. We loved every minute of our vacation. Thank you for your own special touch with all the nice little additives. We will definitely come back to you for our future vacation needs.- Carlos V.
Vera worked with Mark & I for several months as we researched cruise lines, itineraries, time of year, etc as we planned our wedding. As with any wedding, we had a glitch along the way with the cruise line itself (they changed the itinerary after our group had already confirmed our bookings). Vera kept us updated and informed. She was always very timely in returning my voice mails and email inquires. We are already having her check into options for us for our next cruise! Thank you Vera for helping to make our wedding trip wonderful!

Thanks again Vera for another great suggestion. We had a fantastic time on the Breakaway. There was so much to do!!! My girls had an amazing time! Bermuda was beautiful. Horseshoe Beach was amazing. We were able to snorkel, rock climb, explore caves, and relax on the pink sand beaches. It was only a taxi ride away. The food on the ship was excellent. My daughters enjoyed the camp too! The ship was so clean and the staff very helpful. We loved that they had Nickelodeon games and activities too. We can't wait to sail again!!! - Kristin S.
My husband and I just got back from a week-long cruise to New England and Canada on Carnival's Glory. We had the best time and swear that we'd go on that same ship again. This cruise took us from port of Boston to Portland, then to St. John's, NB, and then at Sea, then Halifax, Nova Scotia (what a great port....so much to do !), and finally, to Sydney, at the northern tip of Nova Scotia. All the excursions were wonderful. We cannot complain about one ! The food on the ship was outstanding, as were all the crew; particularly, our head waiter, assistant waiter, and beverage server. We also loved the head cabin steward and his assistant. In fact, as with many people who cruise, we always tip out everyone through our Sail and Sign account, but this time, we felt compelled to give each of them extra (in cash) for a job well done....each and every one (there were 5 ! ). Our cruise agent, Vera Kuemmel, was wonderful, as always, in getting us situated on this cruise. She made sure that we had everything we needed, down to getting us a table for two and ordering us our birthday singing celebrations by the dining room waiters (we EACH got a separate song ! ), complete with a delicious piece of cake with candle. She made sure we got on the best deck for our money and in just the right spot......namely.....only two floors from the Lido buffet ! She is extremely professional and makes sure to ask us if we want to purchase travel insurance for each trip we've taken. This time, she even was able to secure travel insurance for both the cruise AND the airfare, which we had separately purchased on our own. That made us feel so much better to know that our complete cruise was covered. Thanks to Vera's efforts, we can assuredly affirm that this was by far, one of THE best cruises we've taken thus far. We will continue to use Vera for all our future cruise bookings. Not only is she superior in getting things done, she gets them done in a most personable way. It is always a pleasure speaking or e-mailing her....she's not just a travel agent....she's OUR travel agent !- Barbara B.
Vera you have done it again! What a lovely Mediterranean cruise we just took on the Regent Seven Seas Mariner. It was an absolutely wonderful trip and as you have told me the staff on the ship were spectacular as well as the food. We felt so pampered and there were definitely no worries. Everything went smoothly as planned and better. You are such an asset to our family because we no longer worry that there would be any issues when we travel because we know you have thought of it all and if there were any hiccups you would be there to the rescue. What a great feeling to travel like that and to add to it all our vacations have been amazing!- Robert B.
My wife Cheryl and I had a WONDERFUL time on our NCL cruise back in December! We absolutely loved it! The ship was magnificent.. less than 2 years old. It was very big, yet it didn't seem crowded. There was so much to see and do on the ship itself. And then there were all the wonderful and exciting ports we saw. There was never a wait on board to be seated for dinner and the food was absolutely fantastic! The whole staff just seemed to go out of their way to make sure everything went perfectly. I want to especially thank Vera. She did a wonderful job organizing our trip. This was a mini class reunion.. and she organized it so we had all our "together" time. But we also free time on our own, to explore and do our own thing. We got in to all the great shows and had a wonderful time. Vera.. you did a GREAT job! Thank you!!- Kenneth D.
This was a great experience! The resort is huge and offers plenty of activities so you'll never get bored. The beach and drinks are amazing! Food could have been better but overall it was an incredible trip. - Richard S.
Had the most relaxing and fun vacation. Vera of Cruise Planners - organized and planned the whole cruise for us. She gave good advice as to the best things to do and shops to go to see. She is a very experienced traveler and gives advice from her own experience. She is so easy to work with. We wouldn't work with anyone else. She is a great person and looks for the best deals. Vera you are awesome...thanks for all your effort to make the reunion so nice. Frank and I will never forget it. You are the best. I have my kids all set for a cruise of their own..and they have your business card and number. I am sure you will be a great help to them when they decide when / where they want to go. Thanks again. Cindy & Frank Cubillo- Francis C.
Vera,
Ever since we met in the Ft. Lauderdale Airport, you have been our travel agent ( and we live in CA!). Our cruise planning has been so much easier with the best prices and personal service that goes above and beyond! We appreciate all the time you put in for us. A BIG THANK YOU for all your help and unexpected "treats". You're the best!- Glenn H.
Vera was great the ship was not. We had to chose from 2 shows every night meanining there was only 2 shows and was the same ones all 4 nights, the swiming pool could literally fit 30 people. The ship smelled musty and like fish all 5 days. The club was horrible the DJ didn't take any requests and was very rude. On a positive note the rest of the staff was nice but that's about all what I can say about Carnival Paradise that was a positive- Ronan S.
Hi Vera - I just realized I never even got in touch with you after the cruise! Thank you so much for everything you did for us. The cruise was absolutely perfect. We all had an amazing time. The dining situation worked out perfectly after the first night. And the strawberries and champagne were such a pleasant surprise. Thanks for that. It was really a perfect way to celebrate Rachel’s birthday. The girls had an excellent time (of course with minimal parental supervision and their own cabin why wouldn’t 16 year olds be happy??!) I look forward to working with you again. After the summer, I’ll start planning that trip for January and will be in touch. Enjoy your trip!

We had a great time! Alaska is beautifull we loved it! I have to show u all the pictures, Alexandria is a beauty too we loved it, we took a lot of tours we spent more in tours than on the cruise but it was worth it. Lidia and Ruben send regards she also celebrated her bday on board i dont know how many times. She said to thank you too. Well we are back to work to make more money for the next trip!
Thank You!
See u soon love Carmen and Luis
I have to say that this was THE best cruise I have ever been on. This was my 10th cruise but my first Royal Carribean. I traveled with my husband, my three young daughters, and my parents. We all had a great time from climbing the rock wall to trying out the Flo RIder. The shows were amazing too. I have to thank Vera for being such a great travel agent! She knew what we would like. She was so accomodating and helpful during our planning. She even suprised us with special treat when we arrived to our cabin and during the cruise. Not to mention the delicious treat we had waiting for us when we arrived home.
I can't wait to book my next vacation with her! I already referred her to my friends.
Thanks again Vera!!!!- Kristin S.
Hi Vera! Just wanted to send you a thank you for all of the little gifts that you gave us on the cruise & after....We really appreciated the chocolate covered strawberries & the $25 room credit...We were very excited to have the brownies when we got back home, they were delicious! We all had a great time & Trevor did really well too!! Thanks for all of your help, we really appreciate it!

The hotel is not impressive at first glance. However, it is very clean and had excellent service. The staff was
very friendly and attentive. The food was great. All inclusive made it even better.
My husband and I recently took the Sea Princess Cruise from San Francisco to the Inside Passage in Alaska. What a fantastic time ! From all the fun we had for two days in San Francisco (touring around that beautiful city, eating at fabulous restaurants, and the tour to Alcatraz !), to the 10-day cruise in Alaska, we enjoyed every moment of it. The tours were all great....especially the White Pass Yukon Route Railway ride. We took the 3 hour one, but it was so breathtaking that we wished we had done the 9 hour one that takes you into the Yukon in Canada. We also enjoyed the Mendenhall Glacier in Juneau (we hiked to Nugget Falls, just next to the Glacier, which gives you a much better and up close view). - Barbara B.
Just returned from a wonderful trip to Disneyworld with our 2 VERY happy boys! Vera did a great job having everything prepared & reserved way before our arrival. The private car transfer to/from hotel was comfy and quick. We were able to check into our room early & my oldest had celebrated his birthday there & at every restaurant he got a cupcake w/a candle. He told me it was his best birthday ever! We wanted to change one restaurant reservation with short notice and Vera was wonderful at helping me do that even though it was at night that I called her. Thanks Vera for yet another wonderful trip!- Kitmin B.
Wow, what an amazing trip my husband and I had! Let me first say "THANK YOU" to Vera for making this trip extra special for us. When we arrived we had chocolate covered strawberries in our room....delicious! We have used Vera before and each time we are even more pleased with everything! She went above and beyond to make this trip the very best for us. The Liberty was great with all the changes they did and I was so happy with the cruise director too! I am already looking into cruising again next year or sooner!

"Vera/Cruise Planners went above and beyond to coordinate with our resort to have sterilized water ready for us in our rooms which my husband and I needed for medical reasons. It was such a huge help and allowed us to relax, forget about logistics, and just concentrate on enjoying our honeymoon!"
The resort staff were all exceedingly well-trained, professional, and helpful (from the moment of check in to our departure, and all of our encounters with housekeeping and waitstaff in between). Any issues we had with Secrets were so, so minor, like: the dining room in the "Himitsu" restuarant was too warm for us the night we ate there (but we enjoyed the dinner anyway). The waitstaff spoke pretty good English, but they were also happy to converse (clearly) in Spanish when they got the impression that Zac and I were having fun practicing our Spanish. Our wake-up calls were prompt. The themed parties were fun. We kayaked, Zac tried the archery, we played pool, and we both went on a fun "Kitchen Tour" which revealed that the kitchens are very clean! All in all, we felt like we were at adult summer camp. We could do as many or as few activities as we wanted, and didn't feel bored just hanging out at the resort, and it was not too big. The computer room did smell musty, like it had gotten wet at some point. But Zac and I agreed we didn't need to be spending our time in the computer room anyway! :) Oh, also our room was on the 3rd floor, which meant we had a great view of the ocean, past the pool area. They would have upgraded us for a fairly reasonable charge, but we were very happy with our room.
Tulum Extreme was great. They take you rapelling from a tower, zip-lining from 3 towers, and snorkeling in a natural cenote with lots of interesting stalagtites, and then feed you a good grilled chicken lunch before you visit the Tulum ruins with a guide. We liked it all except that the rapelling was somewhat difficult for us: we didn't feel able to stop ourselves properly (and the rope got really hot sliding through our gloves). Diet time! :) That was a little minor thing, and we had a fantastic day.
Coba Express was also great. They take you straight to the Coba ruins and and back (no stopping for a cenote or Mayan village visit), so the price ($65 pp) and time commitment were right for us. Our guide was an ethnologist by education, who did a good job introducing us to the Mayan culture.
I would recommend all of these. We also took a cab to Playa del Carmen ($14 from Secrets), but the street-barkers trying to get you in their doors, and the price-haggling thing is not really our scene. It was interesting, but we actually had more fun exploring Playa's "Wal-Mart" and "Mega" stores to see how they are different from our own grocery stores. :) For one thing, the "beans and rice" aisle is much bigger!
Paris, France 2/2012
Vera did such an amazing job planning our first trip to Europe. When we checked
into our hotel at 7am the hotel told us that our travel agent had notifed them
of our early arrival so therefore they have our room ready for us!!! In
addition the front desk had our metro passes and the museum tickets ready as per
Vera's instructions. She had been so good at offering to set us up with tours
and various items and had whatever was possible done in advance including our
dining. It was such a breeze because everything was set and it just made our
experience so much better. We did everything possible in Paris because of the
great planning of Vera. We are looking forward to many more future trips to
Europe among other places! I can't imagine using any other agent to plan our
amazing trips! Thank you again!
=- Kitmin B.
Bora Bora 3/2011
Vera has been an absolutely amazing travel agent, we can’t say enough about her. Our trip to Bora Bora was the best vacation we have ever gone to. She had everything set for us so there was no thinking involved on our part or worries for that matter. All the major and minor details were already done before we arrived so we just needed to make sure we remember to wake up and show up for the meals and tours. The timing of the plane connections was great and the little things she had the hotel do for us to make it even more special and impressive! And what a great touch when we arrived home to a package from Vera with a thank you card and brownies. It was a great way to be welcomed back to reality. We cannot imagine using any other agent for our future vacations! Thank you Vera!

Vera-
First, thank you for the brownies and the card. It was a very nice surprise when we returned from Florida. And, the brownies are amazing, and I'm not a huge brownie fan.
Second, the cruise was so awesome!! Between Amy and I, we took over a thousand pictures!! Dustin and I loved the snorkeling in Honduras the best, but everything was amazing. We are hooked on cruising and will no doubt be doing more in the future. I am now in charge (according to Dustin) of finding more awesome places to snorkel so we can take cruises to those locations. :) Australia is first on his list. :) Amy and I also discussed the possibility of a Mediterranean cruise sometime in our future. Anyway, as you can see, we've created a monster. Once we go through all our pictures, I'll send you a few. I hope you are well. We will no doubt be in touch with you when we get ready to schedule our next cruise. Thank you again for all the hard work you did for us, and all the questions you answered. We truly appreciate you!!

Norwegian Epic November 2010
So the cruise was AMAZING! Thank you so much for the chocolate covered strawberries and the cookies when we got back! We also enjoyed the wine! We had so much fun on the cruise! But I think we should have done a 2 week cruise so we could have enjoyed everything the ship had to offer. We saw the Blue Man Group...that was so much fun! Legends was really good too! If I would not have known Michael Jackson was dead I would have thought it was him on stage. We went down the slides numerous times...and we felt like kids again! Bowling was tons of fun too...I won out of the 4 of us We also checked out the Ice Bar...and I didn't bring any long pants...note to self for next cruise! We ate at Taste, the Manhattan room, the Japanese Steak House, the noodle bar, the cirque and dreams (which was a lot of fun but didn't really like the food) and then we also ate at the Brazil restaurant. We ate and ate and ate the whole time I felt like.
Ports:
Costa Maya- We went on a Mayan Ruins tour and had a blast. It poured on us for about 20 mins but it definitely cooled it down. The ruins were really cool! After we did the tour we went and taste tested some tequila...that was a big selection! Then we ate at Mamma Sitas...Dustin's ordered nachos and they were ice cold! This happened to him a couple times on the trip All in all this was a fun port.
Roatan- Ok this was probably my favorite spot! We did the Jolly Rogers Snorkel trip which included MONKEYS AND BIRDS....that we got to take pictures with! One of the monkeys went to the bathroom on Dustin. It was hilarious! You aren't suppose to make and quick movements or it might freak the monkeys out so Dustin literally just stood there as the pee dripped down from his shoulder to his arm. Vera it was hilarious!!! Don't worry you will see photos on facebook soon. After we hung out with the monkey and birds we went snorkeling! I bought a digital underwater camera and got some really good pictures. We saw so many different types of fish! We saw a lobster, a lion fish and even a shark...Don't worry I got photos of them too! After we did all that we went shopping and got back on the boat.
Cozumel- We didn't sign up for an excursion and we were lucky because a cold front came in and they actually canceled most of the shore excursions because it was so rocky in the ocean. It was sunny but the cold front really stirred the water up. We ended up going to the other sided of the island, the windy side, and it was so much more calm! We got in the water but there was no reef to snorkel off of. But it was really nice and relaxing. After we were at the beach we ate at a local restaurant and they wouldn't stop bringing us food! We spent just over $50 and I swear we could have had left over's for 3 more meals! We did some more shopping and got back on the boat. We were suppose to leave at 5:30 pm but didn't actually leave until 6:30 am the next day! That cold front brought so much wind that it wasn't safe for us to leave port....so no gambling that night.
That was our trip in a nut shell!
Thank you-

Vera is an amazing travel agent that truly goes the extra mile. Not just on the cost but the planning process. She is great at the detail works and the big picture which really helps. Her response is amazing as well. Our cruise on the new EPIC was an amazing one in big part to her. She reminded me before the trip when I should be booking the restaurants and shows and what I need to do to get ready for my cruise. It allowed us to be able to book/schedule everything we wanted on the day and time we wanted before arriving on the ship. When we got to our stateroom there was a nice bottle of wine waiting for us which was something we never received from previous agents. After our trip she also wrote to us asking how it was. She truly went full out to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. We are looking forward to working with her again on our upcoming trip in March to Bora Bora and many more after that! Thank you!!!

Just a quick note to tell you about Vera Kuemmel at Cruise Planners. The best experience I ever had! It was like making plans with a good friend. Vera made sure that our rooms were next to each other. She took care of everything, right down to cruise insurance. She mailed us everything we needed as quickly as possible. Called to make sure that we received everything. She was just wonderful. She even sent my grandchildren birthday cards on their birthdays. They were so excited to get them. Vera really is a cruise specialist! I also consider her a good friend.

Emerald Princess / Norwegian Epic
Vera/Cruise Planners has been the most enjoyable experience when trying to figure out where to travel to! This was my 5th cruise I was going and my now husbands 1st cruise. If I would have known her prior to all my other cruises I definitely would have booked them through her! It was so easy! It all started with my honeymoon. I contacted Vera to see what deals she might have for a cruise and boy did I have my options. When I finally figured out which cruise to take she made it so easy for us. Vera was able to book everything from my room to what time we wanted to eat dinner. She would email me with all the shore excursions so we could purchase those before we even got on the boat. I never once had to call the cruise line to set anything up for our Spa appts or extras we wanted to do, she did it all. Any questions I had I would email her and get a response back within the hour. Vera has been to many of the islands so it was great to ask her what she thought would be fun to do and what not to do.
Once we boarded the Princess Emerald it finally felt like our honeymoon. Everything I had requested for the week happened. We did a couples massage, had a balcony breakfast and it seemed like every night we got to eat chocolate covered strawberries! The islands were so much fun to tour. We took a lot of Vera's advice when it came to the islands. We went and swam with the stingrays in Grand Turk. We took a fun tour in St. Thomas that ended with sampling Rum made on the Island. St. Maarten was so much fun too! We did an island tour and went to Orient Beach, which has been on the Travel Channel.
I truly love to cruise and now my husband has been suckered into it as well! I really enjoyed working with Vera so much that before I even went on my honeymoon I had already purchased my one year anniversary cruise! Let's just say I am glad my husband did end up enjoying the honeymoon cruise or I guess I would be going on the anniversary cruise by myself
The anniversary cruise is going to be on the Norwegian Epic! Vera keeps me up to date on everything that is going on with the ship. Each time I read a new article about the ship it just gets me more excited! I am already trying to figure out what excursions to take and where we are going to eat. November can't get here fast enough!
Thank you-

Norwegian Epic
"My experience with Vera @ CruiseVipStyle is exceptionally well .. She made it so simple for us to decide to book our trip with Norwegian Epic. Such as easy to read Itinerary, competitive pricing and what is currently available to choose from. I like about being straight forward - no hidden charges and also like her responsiveness on all our inquiry regarding this trip. We were able to book our trip within a day. Given this experience, I will designate her as my point of contact to book my cruise vacation in the future. " Thanks Vera :-)

Norwegian Epic
Vera has been a great agent helping me and our friends find the best rates on the EPIC. My husband and I cannot wait to sail on the new EPIC especially with all the updated highlights she sends us! Her speedy response to all questions has been also wonderful and very assuring for us.

Celebrity Solstice 1/2010
Flournoy Family
On the first day of our very first cruise (Celebrity Solstice/ E. Caribbean), when my daughter, Madi was checking out the spa, she found out that in the afternoon several drawings would be held for 8 different mini massages of various kinds. She made each of us (4) fill out entry forms, and hustled us up to the spa at 5 pm for the drawings. There were probably 60 people there, all hopeful of being picked. To make a long story short, we won 3 of them. Since the results were announced by stateroom, there was some confusion, and even a few ruffled feathers as our stateroom was announced so many times. There was an attempt to deny us more than one winning, until Madi (she is tough) informed them that the entries were made by different people (us). After we had won 3 times, there was one more winner to be announced, and a big German guy, not unkindly, called out to me to just go up and claim the ticket before the number was read. Some in the crowd laughed, some scowled. So...Madi took the facial, Lorrie, my wife, the scalp, and Brent, my son, a head, and shoulders. I also bought them each a full body massage. Brent came back in love, since he had never had a massage before. We got a laugh out of that one.
And then, to prove that when your stars are lined up, they are truly lined up, Lorrie and Madi went to a glass blowing exhibition on the top deck. I wandered by as they handed out raffle tickets to see who got the beautiful bowl they made, and Madi told one of the artists "give my dad a ticket". So, I took it, and............you guessed it. I won. There were several people in the crowd who had witnessed our family's monopoly of the spa drawings who clearly thought that there was some kind of conspiracy afoot. Just our lucky week!
The entire week exceeded our expectations in terms of service, food, and general ship ambience. We broke the average weight gain number of 5 pounds per cruiser, but it was worth it. The most delightful thing for all of us, I think, were our adjoining state room balconies. The divider was taken down by the room attendant, so we were able to share a large balcony, where we had breakfast in the mornings (room service took about 5 minutes), and drinks in the evening before dinner. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean just outside will cure any insomniac.

Carnival Sensation 1/7/2010

Had really great time. The food was excellent. The waiters and cabin stewards really were exceptional. I haven't traveled with Carnival since 1992. I wasn't a fan of theirs then, but I am now!
Thanks for all of your help.

Hi Vera,
I just wanted you to know we had a wonderful cruise. Norwegian Cruises are just as nice as Carnivals. I was very happy with the cruise. I really enjoyed the free styling and the not having to get dressed up. I was not happy with the port of Samana it is not ready for cruise lines. The beaches were great but not the land tours. Thank you so much for helping us at the last moment. We really enjoyed it.

Carnival Victory
Peter Yannucci November 2, 2009
We just returned from a week long Carnival Cruise vacation (oct 25th-nov 1st) and I must say it totally exceded my expectations. Vera Kuemmel set up the trip and she did an absolutely amazing job in doing so. The boat was the Carnival Victory. Although an older ship it was refurbished several years ago and looks brand new now. The service on the boat was incredible. The food was too. You can eat eat and eat until you cant eat no more. The food is unlimited. Every deck at every moment was serving some kind of different food. I was amazed at how vast the service was. We enjoyed the spa and gym on the boat and just relaxed every night. The boat, the entertainment was awesome too. Every night was a different show. The cruise director Lenny Halliday did an outstanding job too. I cant say one bad thing about this carnival victory cruise ship or its staff and entertainment.
The islands were great. This ship travelled to the southern Caribbean. Such islands as St thomas, Domenica,St Lucia,Barbados, Antigua and St Kitts and left out of Puerto Rico. Each Islands offers something different fromthe next one. I look forward to another cruise soon. Perhaps on the Oasis???
As always, Vera did an amazing trip. Vera had pre-planned everything for us so all we had to do was show up. She kept in contact through email even while I was away and she is just genuinely looking out for us. She's the best travel agent we have ever used and look forward to many more trips with her. And for the Allure of the Seas, what's there to say but spectacular. It's amazing what a ship is today and for my parents who were first time cruisers their faces when they first stepped onboard was priceless. Everyone on the Allure was nice and accommodating. My kids had a blast and already is asking when we will be going away again. Thank you for a fun filled and memorable vacation!- Kitmin B.
