Costa Rica was incredible, one of the most diverse countries we have seen. The Costa Rica people were wonderful, so eager to help. The Tabacon Thermal Resort was a terrific experience. Our second hotel, the Westin Conchal, is somewhat dated and seemed overpriced. It was difficult to get reservations at the various restaurants, and the food was underwhelming.- Hope H.

I think Carla does a great job. I imagine I had a higher expectation of NCL and was slightly disappointed. However, the trip was a success, and I liked some of its elements and services for families.
