Amanda helped make our trip run much more smoothly. She arranged flight & train tickets & private vans to transport us (5 adults, a 4 month old & lots of luggage) to & from each station & our lodging! When we thought we might not get into Porto because of a tropical storm, she was there to help us know what to do if that happened! Thankfully we were able to make it to Porto! Her arrangement were flawless!!
If you travel with a baby in Europe though, be aware that even if you buy a seat for the Childs’s car seat, they will not allow you to use it. You much check it & hold the infant! We had a wonderful cruise!
Amanda walked with us throughout the process of selecting a cruise to Alaska. Previous cruises we had experienced were short Caribbean cruises 30 plus years ago so we knew not very much about Alaskan cruises, excursions, and land tour options.
Amanda recommended the cruise line, selected a perfect stateroom for us, advised us on cruise "add ons" (e.g. drink package, wifi upgrade, etc.). Amanda helped us with travel insurance, third-party vendors, and pre and post cruise options. Amanda's care in booking our trip allowed us to take advantage of discounts and special options that I would not have been aware of.
I have worked with Amanda on this trip plus a European river cruise. She is always responsive (even on nights and weekends) to voice mails, texts, and emails. I have every confidence in her skills and advice.
