What can I say...I did not know service like this existed. Carol was amazing to work with. She really curated our vacation to fit us perfectly. My husband and I have traveled to Cancun/Playa del Carmen/Cozumel area for several years. We let Carol know exactly what we were looking for with a few brief adjectives...good food, quiet, relaxing...and with that found a perfect trip that fit not only our request but our budget.
She narrowed down a few options and gave us the benefits of each and ultimately we chose one of the packages. She booked everything for us, dealt with all the headache of booking, passports, etc...Now from someone who had always booked online with the attitude "maybe this resort will work" and took a risk, instead, Carol was very familiar with the resorts/area she presented so I didn't feel like I was gambling that the resort would be what I was expecting she also gave us information on things to do around the area as well.
