I wasn’t so sure how I’d hold up for a hiking and yoga retreat, but it was a bucket list destination and chance of a lifetime to join my daughters in the islands of their ancestors. The hikes and other activities gave us a great feel for the history and culture of the island. An utterly charming guide was hired for some of our adventures making it so special. The hotel was outstanding with a great breakfast buffet daily (like on a cruise)…but best of all were the very special activities that Shumei planned for us, one of which even got us into the home and gardens of an Azoran. I never felt rushed and the timing of all that was planned was just right.

First time i've ever used an agent and i'm so hapy that it was Shumei. She was simply excellent!! The hotel choice was perfect and just the getaway we were looking for. She was also able to get us a double room which was near impossible to find when i was looking by myself. i kept going back and forth with flight choices and Shumei was very patient in trying to understand exactly what we were looking for and tailor made it to suit our budget and our specific needs travelling with kids. She kept in constant communication with us to let us know of any updates or changes.
I absolutley loved the personal attention we got to the point we were even sharing our holiday pics with her. This was a real eye opener to what excellent customer care and personal attention should be like.

Shumei was absolutely incredible to work with! She was organized, timely and very kind. We asked MANY questions and she always made herself available whenever we needed her. She took away all the stressful items of planning a vacation, so we could just enjoy ourselves and relax. From the day we started planning to the day we came home she was on top of everything. From booking our trip and planning our excursions to making sure we completed all necessary documents and logistic changes. She made EVERYTHING easier. When our flight changed she even reached out to our transfer company to notify them of the changes.
