Shana and Phil met at a young age and had many dreams. One of these dreams was to find their niche in the world and have a business of their own. In June of 2019, after moving their family from Massachusetts to Maine, they made the leap of faith and joined forces with the franchise known as Cruise Planners. Helping make your dream vacations a reality, only makes our dreams come true as well. i booked my first cruise with Cruise Planners this past summer. Shana was very helpful and attentive to my various questions, and concerns. She took the time to help me select the perfect cruise package, tailored to my tastes and finances. Additionally, she made a concerted effort to make sure my cabin was placed near an elevator, and smack dab in the middle of all the hot spots! This was especially thoughtful and helpful to me because I have a mobility issue. Shana also took the time to mail me all my luggage tags and paperwork when I didn't have access to a printer and spoke to my copilot regarding our cruise when family commitments and work over took my schedule!
