We had a great week in Panama thanks to Karen and Cruise Planners! I'm not sure she planned the weather - which was amazing all week - but everything else was perfect. We loved the food at Riu Playa Blanco - a great place to go relax at the pool and the beach for a few days and take in one of their themed dinners (we did Italian, Steakhouse and Asian). We finished our week sightseeing in Panama City at the Mariott Executive Apartments - which we would highly recommend - walking distance to 6-7 really good restaurants and a $3-6 Uber ride just about anywhere else - the Panama Canal, Casco Viejo (my daughter's favorite), Panama Viejo and the Albrook Mall - complete with the T Rex escalator! Plus the hotel pool has an exceptional nighttime view of the city, and the staff there couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. Karen was great to work with and very responsive with helpful tips along the way. Highly recommend!!

Robert and I were pleased with Karen and how fast she booked the trip to Jamaica. She booked Club Mobay VIP to escort us through immigration and Custom. She signed us for Nexus tours transportation to and from the airport and hotel.
At the Nexus tours desk, Keisha was our agent. She was awesome, friendly, very helpful and she remembered our names. She booked a tour to go shopping in the city of Montego Bay and the bambo river ride. Our driver for the shopping spree name was Spencer. He was awesome too. He gave our some history and a tour of the island. Our overall trip was great and enjoyable.
Ms. Conken is the absolute best. She got us over some crazy hurdles, especially with the Airlines!!
