My wife and I spent an incredible 5 nights at the Sandals Grande St. Lucian. Joanna was an incredible travel agent, helping us book the perfect room and ensuring all of the details were covered. From helping with initial research on resorts, to providing tips on the things to do, ensuring all of our preferences were communicated to the resort, coordinating a ferry transfer to the resort and a scenic helicopter ride back to the airport for departure, and adding small personal touches along the way. She took the time to research different options and found the best prices/experiences for the trip. A hurricane was making landfall the day of our trip, affecting our flights through Miami, so Joanna helped us change our flights to go through Charlotte, which helped us avoid missing our connection and losing a night at the resort. The ship (American Spirit), is a small vessel that accommodates about 90 people. It was perfect for us. The food was fantastic, and the staff amazing. We really recommend this cruise for anyone that is looking for some beautiful scenery, quaint towns, and learning some interesting history about the settling of the Pacific Northwest. If you are looking for lots of fancy entertainment and dining options, this might not be for you.
