I just want to say we had the best vacation ever ! Thanks to the planning and suggestions of Linda and David Davide. The Rui is an amazing place. Very clean, accommodating and friendly caring staff. Food is GREAT at the buffets and all the avail restaurants. There is a 24hr sports bar for anything else you may need. Your room is stocked with a full fridge and bottles of liquor also plenty of towels. Constantly entertainment and /or games in the pool (5) areas throughout the day. Plenty of nightly entertainment and bingo. Not only do they have at least 5 pools ,there is one with several water slides. The location makes it very easy to participate in different excursions you may choose to do. I highly suggest the Chuka trip , for one price you can participate in all 5 events they offer. Must visit the city market, the taxi driver even waits while you shop. Can't wait to go back !!! The all-inclusive price was great for everything we got !- Roxanne B.

Linda did a fabulous job of arranging our journey around the Camino di Santiago. Her hotel and tour selections in Porto, Portugal were perfect for us...and so fun! The selected operators were so friendly and accomodating that it made the few glitches - canceled flight, pouring rain :) - seem insignificant. Our stay finished at a wonderful Spa Resort in Galatea, Spain where the food was excellent, spa services as massage and hydrotherapy were dreamy and the staff professional and friendly. Viva is a nice ship-Staterooms are very nice, specialty dining good and Boardwalk area on Deck 8 was great-Improv was way too small to handle the crowd allowed in with no crowd management to keep people from standing in areas not permitted and blocking views. Buffet area was way too small for the crowds with much fewer food choices than was available on other ships. Entertainment in the Viva theatre was pretty good.- Jonny E.

I loved the trip to Alaska. The land portion was so different from anything I’ve seen. Magnificent ! The weather was warmer than expected and I did not need the winter coat or heavy sweaters. Everything was so efficient from getting picked up at the airport, getting to our rooms, the train, luggage waiting for us, meals everything! The cruise was also a beautiful part of our trip. Each port was interesting, beautiful and a bit different from each other; small towns to cities. I am so happy that we did both the land and sea. The Spirit was perfect the trip. My husband and I retired this year and after getting into the swing of retired life, we decided it was time to fulfill our bucket list and start traveling. At the last minute, we booked a vacation through Tom and Linda for a seven night cruise through the beautiful seas of Alaska. We had not done any cruise vacations in quite a few years and to be honest, we were both a little apprehensive as we have heard many of the cruise lines had different rules, etc. and that once on-board there was so much to do. (reservations, etc.) All of those feelings went away once we talked to Tom and Linda. They guided us through every question that we had. They explained thoroughly how to create memories and to leave the worrying to them. Not only did we have a trip of a lifetime, we have already booked another cruise through them, expanding our horizons to Italy, Greece and France. All of our anxiety and fears were gone after talking to them both and we cannot tell you how pleased we are to have them as our travel ambassadors. In todays world, customer service at times can be best described as an untidy workshop filled with lack of initiative and knowledge which leaves the consumer in total disgust. We stand by our opinion that Tom and Linda are the very opposite of this meaning. They both communicate clearly, with empathy and make listening their top priority. My husband and I recently booked a cruise to Alaska through Tom and Linda. As we haven't cruised for many years, the process was a little overwhelming to us or at least that is what we thought. Tom and Linda along with their expertise with travel made our entire adventure seamless. Basically all we were responsible for was making sure we packed, traveled and made the journey to the port.
