Ex: booking us in the middle of the ship as not to feel the motion as much, but on a floor within walking distance of food since we said that was a priority. He mindfully placed us two floors below the commons area so we wouldn't hear walking and such. We will be using him for all of our travel/vacation needs in the future.- Ethan H.

Yes! DaNette and James are true professionals! I didn’t have to do anything other than tell them what we like and from their a dream vacation surprise vow renewal was planned. The assisted my husband to pull of a most memorable experience for our 25th Anniversary in Greece! With a hurricane shutting down our airport the day before departure she worked tirelessly to ensure we would be in Greece on time rearranging flights that did t put us out of our way. Danette planned and arranged everything, sent reminders, and scheduled times for pre-trip ZOOM calls to respond to questions prior to disembarking. This was our first cruise and hopefully will NOT be our last. Yacht Club was awesome!

Had a great time celebrating my 60th birthday at Sandals Halcyon Resort, in Saint Lucia. The resort was beautiful and the staff exhibited tip notch hospitality. Loved the pools and the beach which were very peaceful and not crowded. My husband and I enjoyed late night swimming in the peaceful pool and enjoyed watching the night sky. Big ups to Danette Wall, my travel agent who was very thorough in making sure my husband and I had all the information needed while traveling to another country. From booking the resort, our air travel arrangements, and making sure we had all the necessary documents for our travel, I highly recommend Ms. Wall and look forward to booking our next vacation through her. Oh, and would I visit Sandals Halcyon Resort again, yes indeed!
Had a great time at Sandals Halcyon Beach Resort celebrating my 60th Birthday. The resort was beautiful and the resort staff showed excellent hospitality. The pools and beach were fabulous, especially at night, just chilly & relaxing! From looking at the stars to watching the sun set, breath taken! Give big ups to Danette Wall, my travel agent with the excellent services she provided. She left no detail out as to what to expect, making sure all my ducks were in the roll for traveling to another country. She was very thorough in what my husband and I needed to make this trip a success. I highly recommend her and also the Sandals Halcyon Beach Resort.- Shanna A.
