Karyn was absolutely phenomenal to work with when booking my cruise with Princess to Alaska. There were several inconveniences when booking shore excursions and using the app, however, Karyn was always able to help and resolve the issue. She responded to my phone calls/texts in a timely manner and even called me back when on a business trip once our cruise began and we had a problem with a shore excursion. We will definitely contact Karyn to book any cruises in the future.

Great experience from start to finish with Karen
We worked with Karyn Ownby to plan a ski trip for our family of 4. This was our first time to take our 2 children skiing, and both of them are on the autism spectrum, so finding a place that had a strong adaptive ski school was very important to us. Once we chose Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center, Karyn took care of every detail of our flights, ensuring our lodging was literally steps away from the ski school, great restaurants, and historic Main Street, our rental car, etc. At every point on our trip, we had ZERO logistical issues. We planned our trip months in advance, and Karyn provided updates, reminders, and had great communication from our original booking (nearly a year in advance) until we boarded our plane. No stone was left unturned, and we felt completely taken care of and prepared. This was especially important in 2020, during COVID. We knew what to expect along the way...no surprises. I can't begin to describe the joy we felt seeing both our young children skiing from their very first day of lessons! Our youngest son, age 7, is nonverbal. And he got to experience the joy and empowerment of skiing. The close proximity of the Village at Breckenridge ensured we were close to EVERYTHING and could take breaks when needed. Absolutely incredible experience and we will definitely be booking another trip with Karyn in the future.

Just returned from a great trip on the Carnival Magic from Galveston to Roatan, Belize, and Cozumel. We had a large group (17 all together) and everything went exactly as everyone planned from start to finish! The days at sea were pleasant and there were lots of things to see and do. The private tour in Roatan was exactly what we wanted and Lena from Shore Trips that provided our tour was extremely pleasant and informative. The Mayan Ruins at Altun Ha in Belize were beautiful and Cardinal, our guide from Shore Trips, was so pleasant and provided us with so much information about not only the ruins, but also about Belize generally. He even recommended some tamales that were made by the local folks that were huge and delicious. In Cozumel, we again took the private tour through Shore Trips and had a wonderful day driving all around the island seeing where the local people brought their families to the beach, the only golf course, lots of historical locations including the original town on the island which has a Catholic church that is built right next to a Mayan ruin! The ship was clean and the people were extremely friendly. The head waiter in the dining room (Alexkandar) was outstanding and dealt with our large group with grace and lots of smiles. Charles always seemed to remember that our little one (4 years old) wanted chocolate milk and had it ready for him! Thanks so much for such outstanding planning so everything went so perfectly! I really did try to figure out a way to stay on the ship for another week! I'm already trying to figure out what my next trip needs to be.
