This trip was the best planned, organized and managed trip I have taken. Everything was just perfect – no surprises other than taken aback by some of the fantastic tour arrangements, magnificent hotels, and side trips – exceeded all expectations. I had a brief medical issue, and had to leave the trip for three days – I was in southeast Asia/my travel agent, Randy was in Florida, so there was a 12 hour time difference between us. She got me on the next flight out, arranged for transportation to and from the airport, and took care of every detail to help make an unplanned blip in the road comfortable. I would definitely recommend the travel agent, Randy Cramer of Cruise Planners in Boca Raton, and definitely recommend Tauck if you want to go on a first class, incredible tour.

Randy did a great job to make our stay in Seattle and Alaskan cruise so enjoyable. She got us onbard credit, a voucher for specialty dining and our upgrade to the premium drinks package was well worth it. We even got to bid on a room upgrade which was accepted and fabulous. The shore excursions were well run. I got the sense that the excursions through Celebrity were better than those from Shore Excursions but that was our decision.
I would definitely work with Randy again and recommend her to my friends.
