Michelle with Cruise Planners was amazing! The cruise experience itself was good, but with some definite flaws. Ninety-five percent of the workers were amazing, the cruise director was very good. The food was lacking. I appreciate there needing to be a schedule, but felt very rushed, very often. Especially, to come back to the ship for lunch, when it would have been nicer to have had more time in port.

Michelle was amazing, my husband and I both had little to no experience about traveling out of the country and she took over and made everything exceptionally smooth and easy for us to navigate. We went to the Sandals all-inclusive at Negril, Jamaica. It was an amazing country, spectacular views, so many things to do on the resort. Before we even left Michelle had everything laid out for us in detail so that we could just run around and enjoy our honeymoon. Though we never needed it, she was always “on-call” for help or for if we ran into anything confusing. I will most definitely be using her again to plan my next vacation and highly recommend her to everyone!!

My husband and I just returned from a delightful Mediterranean cruise planned by Michelle Yates of Cruise Planners. Although we have never been on a cruise, this was a delightful experience. From the comfortable room with balcony to the fascinating day excursions to the delicious dining, we returned from our trip full of happy memories. Our Viking Danube Waltz cruise was top notch! We've cruised other lines but this was our first Viking. Every crew member we dealt with was personable and paid attention to our requests in detail. The excursions were good and on on-board talks about the countries, what we were going to see and the culture were wonderful.

For the amount of time we were on the cruise it was good. I will say, BUY THE TRAVEL INSURANCE. We had to disembark in the very first port because of a medical issue that required urgent surgery.

Michelle Yates was an absolute jewel in helping plan our Disneyworld planning. The trip originally planned for 2020 was postponed until 2022 due to covid. She kept us current on what was going on with Disney reservations and what was opening. She took extraordinary steps to ensure we got our desired room at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and kept us abreast of things we needed to do like reserving parks on the days we wanted and when to begin planning meals. When Disney canceled our travel from and to the airport that we had paid for and were no longer providing, she worked to get us reservations on the same company Disney was using. Although I made the airline reservations myself, she took my information and coordinated the transportation based on the changes Southwest Airlines made to the schedules. She worked until the very last day when we were leaving to ensure we had the Mears transportation confirmation and included emails to both me and my daughter knowing she had the better knowledge on online reservations and that my daughter would see emails days before I would. I will absolutely use Michelle Yates any time I need future vacations planned. We had our family going including my daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren. We met several times during the 3 years it actually took to get travel finally in, and she answered all our questions or when needed followed up with Disney to check on the questions we had. Some of those questions she had to follow up later since Disney did not yet have responses to them because of the gradual starting up plans they had or did not have.
Michelle picked a great cruise line. MSC did a great job! The Westin Hotel in Valencia, Spain was beautiful.

Michelle planned the most amazing trip for myself, my daughter and my Mom. She planned every detail of our Mediterranean cruise. Helped us pick our excursions and even sent a paper copy to my mom so she could help decide on what she wanted to do. The flight to Venice was comfortable and we were rested when we arrived. The accomodations were fantastic on the cruise ship and the food was superb. Michelle went so above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect.
