Ms. Vianne Floyd arranged a sight seing trip for my wife and me along with 3 other close friends of ours lasting 11 days excluding flight times to Kenya and Victoria falls in Zimbabwe. From the time we landed in Nairobi on July 25 and till we left Nairobi on aug 4 the arrangements for pick ups , transfers, hotel stay, transportation and food arrangements were of a high order and left nothing to complain. Tje drivers on the animal safari trips in the different animal safari parks were very competent professional knowledgeable and very courteous. Considering that some of us are elderly and need help they were very patient and helpful. The hotels were very good and satisfied our somewhat special dietary needs. As such Vianne needs to be very commended for the careful preparation and time she put in to arrange our itinerary. The only recommendation I would make is that in some hotels the rooms were a little distant from the restaurants and the needed climbing up and down the steps which was a little inconvenient for us considering our age and mobility but this in no way detract from the excellent job she did for us. These problems arise because of the uneven and hilly terrain where the hotels are built and probably cannot be avoided.I would have no hesitation in choosing her for other trips if such occassions arise and in recommending her for positive consideration for other travellers . i wish her the best

We know Mrs. Vianne Floyd for the last 6-7 years. She has her company cruise planner. She arranged for 5 of our friends for a safari trip to Kenya and Victoria falls in Zambia. She has been very helpful for us with trip plan airline tickets and seat assignments, wheelchair facilities for both I and my wife, special meals hotel reservations in New York, etc. she is easy to reach and always available for any questions. We are lucky to have her as our travel planner. She has a pleasant personality. I wish her all the best and strongly recommend her for any travel plans.
