Veronica Raffone was amazing! We contacted her because we were looking to do a last minute vacation during Christmas. All the prices that we saw for a cruise or all inclusive resort were outrageous, but in a very short time,Veronica got back to us with a great deal for a Caribbean cruise with Royal Caribbean that was much cheaper than what we found searching endless hours online. We asked Veronica to find us a hotel in Tampa, close to Busch Gardens. We had gone earlier in the summer and were less than happy with our hotel selection from a website. Veronica was more than happy to help, despite it being for a mere 2 night stay. I believe she got us in the closest hotel to Busch Gardens but it also checked every box we had requested about the room and amenities. We had not a single complaint about our stay.
