Just what we needed, the resort was great, food was very good, service and staff was excellent. Everything was done to a tea including transportation and all of the information in regards to the airport.

My wife and I asked Susan to plan a month-long trip to New Zealand to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. My wife and I recently used a travel agent and it was a phenomenal experience our travel agent did anything and she very thing to find us our dream honeymoon! It took all the work away from us trying to know the covid protocols and what to do we will 100% use our travel agent again!
Susan was awesome. With many obstacles during the trip(Hurricane Gloria) she was there and made sure we were taken care of. She coordinated the changes and ensured everything was correct and ready for us. She was always there to answer our many questions and always had a solution!!
We had a fantastic time on our Cancun trip. The only negative experience was the American Airlines check-in at Oklahoma City. Not enough agents for all the people travelling and, therefore, we missed our flight. Our resort was great and all the people there were extremely nice and friendly. The food was hit or miss. But, overall the resort was great.
