The airline re-booked us on a flight for the NEXT DAY! While waiting on a very long line full of irate customers, Lorraine was talking to an agent and within a few minutes, had us on a flight a little later than our original flight. I had the best vacation ever! I was traveling alone and wanted a place in Naples for a few weeks. I had originally started looking on my own at some homes but was very hesitant because I wasn't sure about the locations of the places I was looking into. Lorraine helped plan me and my cousins 50th Birthday Celebration for a group of 30 family and friends at an all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana this past August. She handled everything from the flights to the hotel booking as well as some of the accommodations we would have at the resort.
