Ed is incredibly responsive, addressing my first inquiry in under 10 minutes. He agreed to go to bat for me with Celebrity Cruises to recover from a cruise I missed due to hospitalization without insurance. I was amazed he was able to recover 75% of that cruise fare toward my next cruise. He was responsive and found me great dealts. He also saved me another $1,000 after booking 3 cruises when the price went down within a few weeks. Go with Ed you will NOT be disappointed.

When we had to adjust our monumental birthday plans from a cruise, Ed Finley found the best land resort vacation in Florida. It was an excellent experience and the spa treatment and all-inclusive amenities were the best. The resort staff were excellent and the birthday celebration was one for the memory books.

We want to send a big shout out to our travel agent Ed Finley. We just returned from Jamaica a few days ago and it was wonderful! We originally scheduled this trip with Ed in April; but due to the pandemic, we had to reschedule for September. Ed walked us thru every minute detail putting together the vacation package, easy payment plans, organizing our needs and wants, and most of all being available to answer of all our questions before AND DURING our vacation. Ed walked us thru the travel authorization process which consisted of a COVID test and uploading travel documents with test results attached. Obviously we had concerns about traveling, but Ed was there for us. We even had a small issue while on vacation and Ed took it upon himself to contact the resort personally to make sure we were taken care of. Ed Finley is highly recommended for any vacations. We can’t wait to work with Ed again for our next trip. A+++++

My Cruise Planner Agent "Ed Finley" is simply THE BEST! I approached him back in January about finding the perfect Cruise for my wife and I to Celebrate our 35th Wedding Anniversary.
From that moment forward, Ed listened, researched, provided options, answered a hundred questions, was always available and maintained a Totally Professional and down to earth demeanor.
He guided me through the Do's and Don'ts, what if's and what's next? Finally We made our choice to Book on Carnival Cruise Line DREAM ready to set sail in March. FULL of excitement and anticipation our anxiety was heighten by the Coronavirus Pandemic. Unfortunately my wife employee issues travel restrictions, as she is a Medical Professional at a Major Hospital. Now we were worried about losing the couple of thousand dollars we've invested in Fun!
If not for the skillful way that Ed explains the value of Trip Insurance we would have lost all of our money. Instead, 100% was refunded.
