Hi we are Vern and Christi Elliott. We have a passion for travel which stems from our military background where travel is a way of life. Between the two of us, we have visited all but 4 of the United States and 40 different countries. Despite the name Cruise Planners we are land and cruise experts with considerable experience in European and immersion travel. We also have experience on some of the smaller niche cruises. It is our belief that travel makes the world a smaller place and opens people’s eyes making them more tolerant of things that are different. We have always loved putting our travels together but also know the amount of time it can take researching and planning. This is why we became travel consultants. We wanted to use our expertise to give that time back to our clients while we plan travel that is as unique as they are and creates memories of a lifetime.

The planning aspect of our trip was great! The excursion that was included was wonderful! The resort was great too. We didn’t realize it was an almost 2 hour drive from the airport to the resort. That was kind of a lot. But we did really like the resort and would like to return. Not sure if there’s a flight into Ocho Rios Airport we would be able to take next time.- Melanie G.

The Secrets St. James Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica was awesome. I would love to experience a different hotel and those amenities. I love the vibe in Jamaica and the experience heightened my love even more. Just beautiful and relaxing and pleasing and awesome! The food and energy is something I will never forget! The workers made you feel like you were at home and welcomed you everyday with open arms!

In order to enter the Turks and Caicos you have to submit quite a bit of information in order to be allowed in. My husband received his approval but I didn't. We arrived at the airport in Jacksonville at 4:30 AM for a 6:15 AM flight. I still didn't have approval. I had to call Christine at that early hour to see if she could help me. For some reason my insurance policy had not uploaded to the Turks and Caicos. She was able to upload the policy and within 5-10 minutes I had my approval and made the 6:15 flight. Without her help, we would not have been able to go on our vacation. I highly recommend Christine for any trips you may have.
