We are a family of four (Ryland 11, Bryce 7) and love traveling! We enjoy cruising, exploring Europe and the Mediterranean, relaxing in Hawaii, Mexico and the Caribbean as well as exploring our home state of Colorado.

Let me tell you, it didn’t disappointment. Jeff helped a large group of us take a trip from FL to Cozumel, Grand Caymen, and Bahamas. Food was great, we mostly ate in main dining, Buffett, and grill area. We did dine in the Tuscan grill one evening which was good as well. The staff on the ship was fantastic.

Thank you Jeffrey for organizing this complex tour. We are seasoned travelers but decided to use Jeffrey this time because of all the coordination needed and Jeffrey came through. 3 couples wanted to visit land locked Angkor Wat and combine it with a cruise. That took 6 flight segments on 4 different airlines, a full day layover in Istanbul and a heap of visas and e-arrival cards. Jeffrey was there all the way providing all the links and information we needed. We now got more memories and photos than we can count. You need more than 1 day to do justice to Angkor Wat & Thom. Cost of living in Cambodia is very low i.e., dinner at the hotel was $7 per person. It gets hotter in the summer so this is a great time to visit. Same for Bangkok and its multitude of places to see. The cruise also stopped in Koh Samui as well as several Vietnam ports offering many options old and new for all to enjoy and appreciate.- marc y.

Booked with Jeffrey on a 9-day Celebrity Cruise from Vancouver to Hawaii a couple of weeks ago. We took a couple of extra days and explored Vancouver. If you have never been to that city, it's well worth it! The cruise was fantastic! Never had 5 sea days in a row but it was a blast! Our stops were in Kona, Hilo (overnight) and Honolulu. It was perfect! As always, Celebrity did an outstanding job! Food quality was top notch! The Soltice was in great shape with a great balcony cabin. Jeffrey is hard working and smart about cruising. I had never been to Europe. I planned a bicycle tour in France (tour De France) and decided that it would be nice to stay longer and go for a river boat cruise to see more of Europe. My wife and I went to a discussion put on by Jeffrey Lazo and Viking. We decided to call Jeffrey and see if he could help find a cruise and make the timing work.
It took some back and forth before he found a Viking cruise from Budapest to Amsterdam going through 4 countries and 15 days. He helped us with a place to stay in Budapest for a few days before the cruise and in Amsterdam for a few days after the cruise, before going to France. He helped with air travel, airport transfers, hotels, Viking and answered a lot of questions. He gets paid as a travel agent and it did not cost us any additional money to use him.
We are already planning for at least one cruise next year and discussing which cruise lines will meet our desires with Jeffrey Lazo- Jerry J.
Brenda made our first cruise absolutely amazing! She listened to our ideas and recommended the perfect cruise. The Viking Danube Waltz was just the right one. Our trip for the most part was very nice. I will say that the first hotel that we stayed in, in Anchorage was not very good. Although it was clean this hotel needs A major update. The room we stayed in, was very stuffy and had no ventilation. The three remaining hotels we stayed at were very nice. I did run into a problem. It was day before we were to leave and I tried to check in for our flight. Nothing came up when I put in the confirmation number. I called the airline, they said our reservation had been cancelled due to lack of payment. I panicked. Didn't know what to do, finally decide even tho my travel agent Jeff is on vaca with his family in Europe, he said he was available to help if needed. I really needed him even though it 11:15pm where he was. I emailed the problem to him. He emailed back asking if I used a particular confirmation code. Told him no. I had a different code. Tried it with code he gave me, got everything straighted right away. By 11:30pm where he was in Malta he had me all squared away and I wished him a good night.
I would recommend this man to anyone and everyone! He responds so quickly and each request or question was answered very timely and so courteous.

Had a outstanding experience work with Jeff in booking our river boat cruise. Based on his advise on numerous European river boat cruise operators we elect Tauck and it was a good decision. Tauck was truly an all inclusive cruise from beginning to end with excellent hotels and excellent on board services and excursions. We elected to book our own air transportation in which Jeff assisted. If we were to book another river boat cruise I would do everything thru Tauck including air and hotels. Rationale: If there was a reason (high water, low water) that the cruise would be terminated enroute Tauck would handle everything. We chose not to use a Tauck hotel in Amsterdam because of the cost and that was a mistake. We chose the Anatara Hotel in Dam Square and it was in the noisy, busy and unkept part of the city. Those that stayed at the Tauck Intercontinental were in a better part of town with much nicer local amenities. I would definitely use Jeff as a trip advisor again as with his help planning and Tauck's service this was truly stress free travel.- Wayne L.

My family & I just returned from a 7-day western Caribbean cruise on the Wonder of the Seas (RCL). My wife and I have been on 20+ cruises and this one has been the best and most relaxing to date. Jeffrey was the first to suggest taking this ship and I can see why. For such a large ship, it was easy to get around, the amenities were great and even though the cabin probably wasn't any bigger than other ships, the room laid out so that you felt you had more room.
Jeffrery had arranged transportation to/from the airport to the ship. The company was very professional & prompt. Would highly recommend them!
Our arrival experience was the best. From the time, we got out of the car to the time that we were on the Promenade Deck was less than 15 minutes. With 6000 guests on board, we never waited in line to get on/off the ship.
We haven' sailed on RCL in 5 years. The service & especially the food service has improved greatly! The meals, from the Windjammer, Main Dining Room and the specialty restaurants (Hooked & 150 Park Central) surpassed expectations!

You always helped us with our immediate needs, questions, and problems, so that by the time we met Day 1, we had no real questions that we had not already asked and been answered. The cruise itself, with Silverseas on Silver Moon, was wonderful, exciting, relaxing. We learned a lot, went to places unexpected, took time to say no, and stay on the boat or not take an onshore excursion. Taking time to slow time and be quiet occasionally was invaluable also. Thanks for helping hooking us to the pre- and post- chauffeur, guide, car as needed to get from home to airport, cruise to airport, and airport to home. Jeff Lazo is the reason to use a travel agent at no extra cost and not book things on your own. He goes above and beyond service such as getting forms approved for medical devices from Japan. He got us perfect seats ( with our luggage right benind us) and time for transfers on the bullet train. He urges us to buy travel insurance for better coverage

My wife & I just got back from a 10 day Celebrity Cruise to Greece & Malta departing from Rome. This vacation was over the top! Celebrity is an outstanding cruise line! The service and food quality was outstanding! The ports were amazing to see! We stayed at the Hotel Barocco when we arrived in Rome the night before. The hotel is a little gem, just minutes from the Trevi Fountains & Spanish Steps. Jeffrey set up transportation with a local company from the airport and to the ship. The company was very professional & on time. But the biggest plus in all of this was Jeffery's service. We were on a 5 hour delay departing Denver. Knowing that we were not going to make our connections, Jeffrey coordinated with Celebrity Air for new flights. He was in constant communication with us the whole time. All this on a Saturday night! I just completed my first organized tour, Best of Britain with CIE, planned through Jeff. The Tour Director and driver, Harry Gray & Denis were fabulous; very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The sites we visited were wonderful, except for maybe Tintern Abbey. I love exploring old churches, but this one was a bit beyond exploring. The hotels, for the most part, were adequate. The best hotel was the MGallery Castle Hotel in Windsor. The rooms were of adequate size, the on-site restaurant/bar was good. The worse hotel was the Hilton London, Kensington. The lobby was very nice but the rooms were small, had several areas of wood rot visible in the bathrooms; housekeeping was inconsistent and amenities (coffee & cookies) were not replenished daily. A dirty bar glass was in our room for 2-3 days before I finally took it downstairs to the bar.
Jeff Lazo was amazing and incredibly helpful at all hours of the day and night. Prior to the our departure, Jeff keep in frequent communication with the entire group to let us know of any changes or suggestions he had for travel. He responded to any and all questions quickly. Two of our party ended up testing Covid positive prior to our return to the US and were not allowed to re-enter the country. As there was no specific information available as to the 'next steps', Jeff was notified and immediately went into action. He facilitated getting the insurance claim started and found out the necessary steps to complete in order to reschedule return flights. Due to the exemplary work of Jeff, I will definitely use him again to book future trips. I feel confident that he will again perform better than expected.
