We traveled to Cancun Mexico Dec 5-9, 2022, Upon arrival at the airport we located our transportation (Amstar), our driver was courteous and friendly, he loaded our bags, seated us in the air conditioned van, & offered us bottled water. He communicated with us using a translation app. Approximately 45 mins later we arrived at Secrets Impression Moxche Playa del Carmen. Upon exiting the van we were greeted by their friendly staff & an amazing view of the ocean. We were escorted to the reception desk for a quick check-in & an introduction to our Butlers Jillian & Gabriel. Jillian escorted us to our beautifully decorated room. The bed was comfortable & the black out curtains allowed us sleep in most mornings. The entire staff was accommodating, helpful, & friendly. The resort is still under construction so some areas had some sort of chemical smell, no noise, nothing stressful….just mentioning. I would recommend Secrets Impression Moxche Playa del Carmen adult only all inclusive and I would highly recommend Lisha Marrow to assist with your travel plans (big or small). She’s knowledgeable, professional, & willing to help make your travel as smooth as possible.

I don't think it cool that the DJ comes on at 5 in the pool close at 6 the party just getting started now you have to dance your body out of the pool not cool ...

My travel agent had the challenge of booking over 10 people to go to Cabo back in 2019. She also had to juggle numerous changes due to the COVID-19 virus. At first I was skeptical about safely traveling to another country during the pandemic. The location of the hotel is across from a lush golf course, and my ocean view room with balcony provided a front seat to the sunrise in the morning and the full moon at night.
