Stephanie helped us create a magical family vacation to Orlando, for Universal and Walt Disney World. We wanted to take the family trip we never could take our two girls on when they were younger, (they are now 29 and 31!). We threw a couple of curve balls at her, including the fact that one of our daughters lives in Colorado and we'd like to fly through Denver to "pick her up" and then continue together from there. We also had existing 3-day passes at WDW for my husband and me, so we only needed to purchase additional tickets for the girls. She managed to juggle all of our must-dos, wish list items, and crazy logistics and planned the most wonderful trip that worked for all of us. We encountered travel delays on our first travel day (we were meant to go Boise to Denver to Orlando, arriving all of us together, on a Friday evening). Our Boise to Denver flight was canceled due to weather, and three of us were rebooked by the airline on a later flight that would include a red-eye flight, getting us there the following morning. Stephanie was on top of everything, making sure we were rebooked on the best flight option, and ensuring our ground transportation in Orlando would be there to meet us (both our daughter who arrived Friday night, and us on Saturday with no additional fees incurred by us). Having Stephanie as our travel agent, meant we weren't alone to try and navigate any issues. She truly takes the best care of her clients. We will absolutely call her again when we're ready for our next vacation!- Kim T.

Stephanie added such value. I formerly booked directly with the cruise lines, mistakenly thinking I might be getting the best deal. We got smart this cruise and utilized Stephanie's vast knowledge and expertise to book our 7 day cruise on MSC Seascape. Stephanie suggestion to upgrade to the Aurea class added such pleasure to our cruise....we felt like Yacht Club passengers at a fraction of the Yacht Club price. We had our own "private dining room" exclusive to Aurea and our own "private Top 19 solarium" that was plenty full of lounge chairs, plush towels, 2 jacuzzis and an exclusive bar the bar tenders knew your favorite drinks! Our Aurea cabin had a corner balcony almost as big as our room! The shore excursion we booked through Stephanie's website was so small and personable compared to the huge group excursions offered thru the cruise line. The Occidental at Xcaret in Mexico was an amazing vacation! We picked this resort because it looked to have plenty of things to do and see, we were not disappointed. The resort is spread out, full of beautiful jungle and animals to see. Just taking a stroll to the beach area we saw deer, monkeys, iguanas and mexican raccoons. If you get tired of walking, you can catch a golf cart shuttle to anywhere on the resort. The employees at the resort were all very nice and the service was top notch. The Eco park was also huge with so many things to see and do that we did not see everything on this trip. The nighly show in the park was amazing, a must see if you're there. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for something more than to just sit at the beach or pools all day. Thank you Stephanie for all your help in planning this epic vacation. :)- Richard P.

Stephanie helped us plan an Epic Vacation to Isla Mujeres, Mexico. It was our first trip to Mexico and we would go every year if we could!
