Tracie was very meticulous in planning the perfect vacation for us. Every detail was taken care of and she was always in contact with us from pre vacation to post vacation!! Imagine seeing your name on a sign for pick up as you exit the airport at Tocumen Airport, and a driver who acts as a Tour guide on your way to the hotel. Check In was a breeze. The hotel was very central and while on a busy street you literally had no street noise throughout your stay. The three tours were very excellent, knowledgeable guides, awesome food, great learning and fun experiences. Transfer back to the airport was on time and very courteous. Thank you Tracie!!!

Tracie booked us the most incredible 5 day getaway to Sandals Grenada! The resort is absolutely gorgeous and overlooks the beautiful town of St. George surrounded by breathtaking mountains. We recently went on a trip to an all inclusive resort in Akumal, Mexico. We had an amazing time and all of the details were taken care of. We had an amazing experience with Stephanie. My first trip with this agency was a trip to Jamaica for a funeral. This team took care of all my arrangements in less than 24 hours, including flights, transfers, hotel and rental car. WOW #1- I sent a message on late Sunday night for a last minute weekend trip to Orlando for my husband and by Tuesday morning, we had a reservation at a resort, yes a resort, and for a really GREAT price and a GREAT location.
WOW #2- After the reservation was finalized, I received a personal phone call going over all of the check in details which was an added touch. The resort was awesome, we had a 2 bedroom villa and all 8 of us had a grand time. Some of us even had a chance to enjoy the pool which was awesome.
WOW #3- Tracie and Stephanie are the best ever. Attention to detail, great listeners, and going above and beyond to book a great last minute trip.
