Everything was great...Marcie made it so easy to enjoy my first cruise
Marcie has been an outstanding travel advisor. Her enthusiasm is contagious and her genuine concern for her customers is refreshing.
Marcie helped us plan our winter ski vacation this time. You tell her what you want and she comes up with a great plan, options and new ideas. She checked in with us and made sure everything was right leading up to the trip and then after we arrived. Fantastic to work with and put your trust in.
Marcie is an absolute gem and miracle worker. When our plans changed unexpectedly, she went right to work redoing our vacation. She found us a wonderful alternative and we had a great time.
Appreciated the attentiveness, care package before I left, and happy waiting in my ship cabin.
Very helpful to start to finish making our trip wonderful

Marcie, took personal care to unsure that we had a best family vacation of our lives. Her personal care package was the icing on the cake. We will definitely book another family vacation with her and cruise planners.

Marcie provides an A plus service from beginning to end. We had a group of 18 with 5 families, and so it can be challenging to meet everyone’s need. Marcie took on the challenge like a champ. She patiently navigated through all the demands and several changes that came along with planning the trip. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She made sure all the families got seated together in the plane when the initial booking did not reflect that. Prior to traveling, each family received a generous package from her full of essential goodies for traveling. It had a travel document holder (my favorite) with a note pad and pen, a beach bag, masks, hand sanitizer wipes, lip balm, pre-poop spray and many more. That was very thoughtful and useful. When our flight was delayed, she made our transportation to the resort aware of the changes. She called us when we got to the resort, to make sure everything was to our satisfaction before letting go. We had an amazing vacation at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun!! If you are looking for a travel agent that wants you to have a great traveling experience, cares about your traveling needs being met, and makes sure that everything runs smoothly for you, Marcie Murphy is your girl, she is the best!! I highly recommend her. Thank you Marcie!
