My rating of ’good’ for the trip was due to the fact that she ship requires you to use your phone to look at food menu, bar menu and activities around the ship. Personally, I want to detox from screen time when on vacation and MSC did not allow that to happen.

Great experience
Kathy Pohl planned an Air/Sea vacation for our group. As an older person traveling with a younger group this vacation was very well planned out with all details and reminders included. Every detail for this trip was covered including a final checklist before departure. Reminders were spaced out at just the right time to help ensure were had everything we needed. Our hotels (before and after) were safe, well maintained, and close to food and shopping. When I plan another trip, it will definitely be with Kathy Pohl and Group. Wonderful, relaxing experience thanks to Kathy.

Just back from a wonderful cruise planned by Kathy. We had a lot of events to celebrate on this cruise and Kathy made them very special with gifts in our cabin on arrival.
I can’t remember how many cruises she has planned for us but it is so great to just let her know where we want to go and she sets it all up with no worries. We have another one planned for October and know it will be just as great as all the others she has planned for us.
Kathleen is a great planner and she had a carnival bag, bottle of champagne and plate of chocolate covered strawberries in the room of all of our staterooms! She ALWAYS makes sure she has everything done and taken care of prior to the trip!!
