Susan is terrific! On our first cruise she educated us well. On our second she helped us with complex arrangements on either side of the cruise, AND she was a huge help resolving a baggage issue prior to sailing.
Our luggage was delayed on our transatlantic flight and Susan recommended involving Guest Services on the ship; they were hugely helpful in getting our lost bag to us mid-cruise. Pre-trip service and advice was terrific, especially as we did some complex bookings on either side of the cruise. We love working with Susan!

Sue has helped us with 4 trips in the past year and a half done an outstanding job on each one. One of our trips was a 16 day trip to Europe where we travelled 8 days on our own and 8 days on a river cruise. She helped us with everything – plane fare, hotels, tours, car rental, train trip, ferry trip and then the marvelous cruise. It went so smoothly! We could have never done it without her . Recently, she helped us plan a trip to Vegas. At the last minute we had to change the dates due to a death of a close friend and Sue did the impossible.
