My husband and I took our first cruise together May 1st - May 5th to the Bahamas. Royal Caribbean/Independence of the Seas. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time. We have Sam to thank for our relaxing vacation. This is the first cruise I have booked using a TA and Sam went above and beyond to answer all of my crazy questions and my concerns. She always answered when I emailed or texted and she always worked so hard to make sure we had everything we needed/wanted on our cruise. She spent so much time on hold and researching for us. She is truly a gem! We appreciate her so much. In fact, she just booked our next cruise to Mexico in February. We could not have asked for a better process. She is a delight to speak with and she follows up to check on things. She sent happy texts to us for countdown days and was there with my questions even on embarkation day. With some family illness problems that required an early return home, Judy bent over backwards to change our travel plans to 4 days earlier than planned and got us home safely.
For my first cruise it was very nice.
Had a great time. The staff at Sandles wasn’t the friendliest . The place was beautiful with flowers and fruits.
We have 3 cruises in the works with Judy and her staff. They work hard to keep all 3 cruises straight and get us the best deals for our wants, needs and must haves. Good communications with their office. Thanks Judy and staff from the Howards and Brubakers!
