This was my first cruise - the Alaskan Cruise on the Princess Majestic, 7 days. It was absolutely wonderful. Brenda held meetings months before to address questions, excursions, packing , etc. She had a group of 40 people, we all came home as friends. The planning was to the T and I didn't have to do a thing. Most relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I will use Brenda again and I hope to join her next group cruise trip.

Had an absolutely great trip. We wanted a driving trip around Ireland and what we got was a prefect itinerary. Without knowing much about Ireland we totally trusted Brenda her contacts to plan our trip. Lodging reservations were made along the Wild Atlantic Way, which turned out being a great place to visit. Would definitely do something like this again and trust Brenda with the planning.

We surely enjoyed working with Brenda walker, especially on our Alaska cruise. We did have one hiccup on our return flight from Seattle. We were notified by American that our flight was canceled to Dallas due to bad weather. Before we reacted with flight change/hotel stay, Brenda had already taken care of both! She took care of all of our needs to include my sister’s cancellation to travel due to medical. I have complete confidence that she will work hard on our upcoming cruise in September as she did on this and our previous (sep 2021) Bahamas cruise. I have relayed her contact info to several folks .

I would like to comment Brenda Walker with "Coast Cruisers and More>" Since first contacting her for our 1st cruse back in Mar 2021 and finally boarding in Sep 2021 (after CDC canceled 3X, she has been more than helpful in re scheduling that cruise and updating us on each date for departure with on board spending! This, upcoming cruise to Alaska, She took care of all our needs and wishes including airline coordination with flights and times to the extent of insuring we arrive Seattle same time my sister (cruising with us) arrive same time. Brenda needs to be elevated to Angel!!

Great travel agent! From start of booking she was always responding to questions and advises of whole scenario. We booked again, thru her for Alaska in May 2020. She got us cheap but timely flights to Seattle and advised not to pay bal till February because costs will go down and she will adjust accordingly!

There are not enough stars to fill for Brenda and Billy’s Cruise Planners! They are great from start to finish. I have called when they were in an airport, getting ready for a special event, or on vacation and they take my call and do what I am asking. They also go beyond the call of duty with giving you special instructions about your upcoming trip and making sure your trip is special with extra credit on board cruise ships or items sent to your cabin!
Trip was easy from booking to travel/ check in and out. They even helped with modifying our check in, and helping us with extra nights during our trip. They even printed out the directions for us. We will definitely book another trip with them in the future.
Ms. Brenda was helpful and friendly. She took the problem I was having and solve it with just one call.
Brenda and Bill went the extra mile from start to finish. It did not matter if they were in the middle of a vacation or family affair, when I called or e-mailed a question, Brenda gave me an immediate response. I will exclusively use Cruise Planners for all of my cruise bookings.
