If Service is what you’re looking for, Lacey is definitely FIVE STAR! I do not have to worry about the slightest detail of my trip when dealing with Lacey.
She schedules our hotels, car rental, flights, even excursions while on our cruise/resort retreat.
She seems to work 24:7! Always just a phone call away. I’ve personally seen her working, (WHILE cruising), at 2 am. As long as she has access to WiFi she is helping someone!
She is one of the coolest people I know. I don’t know if anyone who doesn’t like Lacey. Heck, she even handles my obnoxious humor!

Just finished my latest vacation booked by Lacey. As always, everything went smoothly. Looking forward to the 2 future vacations I already have planned through her. Just booked our first trip to Italy. We talked with 3 travel planners but Lacey was the best. She was very responsive, great at answering our questions, and found us the best trip to fit our must see list and budget.

Unfortunately our cruise trip was canceled due to Covid. Kim was most helpful with all the cancellations and getting a credit set up so we can sail next year. I may get to go in my 1st cruise one day!

Kim is fabulous! She makes travel planning easy and takes the guess work out of the constantly changing protocols. She’s saves me hours of time and I so appreciate all of her hard work.
Kim was awesome in securing us a better deal on our hotel stay and setting up all of our transfers. We had a large group and everything went off without a hitch. I also appreciated having the Allianz insurance policy which provided that extra bit of security knowing things would be okay if we were to be extended due to unforeseen circumstances. I would recommend Kim over and over again.
It was a huge load off of me and helped me to relax knowing someone else was taking care of the details. I always worry that I’ve forgotten something along the way but Kim was excellent in her reminders and quick response to the airline check-in issue with Hawaiian airlines. She handled it perfectly and we were able to go swim in the ocean!

The resort was amazing...views, food, and most importantly the rooms. I plan on revisiting again with my kids and parents so they can experience the same feelings that I did!
Kim is absolutely amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable and knows her”stuff”. We had weather issues on our return trip and Kim was available 24/7 to help us out.
