The level of customer service with Kim Wilt before, during and after our Southern Spain cruise was incredible. Plans and itineraries change due to weather, port docking time changes, transportation to and from airport to cruise ship, etc. All the above occurred and she was on it every step of the way, right down to our gate change headed home! If Service is what you’re looking for, Lacey is definitely FIVE STAR! I do not have to worry about the slightest detail of my trip when dealing with Lacey.
She schedules our hotels, car rental, flights, even excursions while on our cruise/resort retreat.
She seems to work 24:7! Always just a phone call away. I’ve personally seen her working, (WHILE cruising), at 2 am. As long as she has access to WiFi she is helping someone!
She is one of the coolest people I know. I don’t know if anyone who doesn’t like Lacey. Heck, she even handles my obnoxious humor!

We had a great time on trip to Prague, Dresden, and London over Christmas and New Years. Our accommodations were excellent, as were our tours. We enjoyed the Christmas markets in all the cities. High tea and the Harry Potter tour were high points in London. And we enjoyed the charm of Prague, Cesky Krumlov, and Dresden. Thank you to Kim for making everything go smoothly, even when a flight got cancelled.

Kim was great to work with! I've never worked with a travel agent before but it took so much stress off our plates from planning through to when we were traveling. Kim was awesome in securing us a better deal on our hotel stay and setting up all of our transfers. We had a large group and everything went off without a hitch. I also appreciated having the Allianz insurance policy which provided that extra bit of security knowing things would be okay if we were to be extended due to unforeseen circumstances. I would recommend Kim over and over again.
It was a huge load off of me and helped me to relax knowing someone else was taking care of the details. I always worry that I’ve forgotten something along the way but Kim was excellent in her reminders and quick response to the airline check-in issue with Hawaiian airlines. She handled it perfectly and we were able to go swim in the ocean!
