I booked an excursion in Sicily for 7 people while on a Mediterranean cruise booked through Teresa, and when the ship couldn’t dock at the port, the venue refused to refund our money. I called the operator and wasn’t able to get any satisfaction. So,my next step was to call Teresa. She got in touch with Viator, and after some back and forth I received an email from them a few days later stating they were refunding me $103…on a tour I paid $722 for. Well, that didn’t sit well with me, so I forwarded that email to Teresa. I don’t know what she did, but within the hour I received another email from Viator stating they were refunding me the entire amount. I don’t care how tech savvy you are, thinking you can just book yourself, booking through Teresa Baber has ALWAYS added value to my travel experience. THANK YOU, TERESA!

My first cruise and couldn't have had a better first experience. From the moment you walk on the Virgin Voyages it was ultra modern and pleasing to the eyes. The cabin was like being at a 5-Star hotel! The food and restaurants could compare to Michelin Star. Activities and entertainment was amazing to include audience participation. Excursions were fun! Use of the Virgin app was so easy!
We are on a land and sea vacation in Alaska.I have to give a shout out to Teresa Baber. Jerry left his insulin at the hotel we stayed at on the land part of our vacay. One quick call to Teresa and in 5 minutes she had it all done. The insulin will be waiting in Juneau for us. Thank you Teresa. You are the best you always have our back.
