Working with Isabelle to come up with the perfect itinerary for our trip was so seamless and simple - there's no reason to ever plan our own trip again! My wife and I had never used a travel agent before so we weren't sure what to expect, but we'd heard good things from a friend of ours so we thought we'd give it a shot. She asked us a few questions about our trip and what type of experience we were looking for, and within a short period of time she'd sent us a carefully curated set of hotel choices we'd have never found on our own that met our criteria. We had the most magical trip and never had to think or stress over where we were going to stay. She handled payment, emailed us our itinerary, and even checked in with us along the way. To top it all off, we paid less than if we'd have booked on our own AND we got the star treatment working with Isabelle!!!

In 2019 my sister and I booked a Viking Cruise thru Isa. We had lots of questions over the months and she always had the answers. She responded quickly to each and every inquiry. We were so looking forward to going, but unfortunately a health issue came up preventing us from making this trip. She guided us thru the process to recover our trip costs. We are thankful for that. This August, my daughter and I went on a 7-day Mediterranean cruise
aboard the MSC Orchestra. Isa Jones of Cruise Planners handled all
our bookings (including airline and hotel reservations) and we were
extremely pleased. In record time, Isa put together a perfect flight
schedule, booked two well-appointed and centrally located hotels and
secured a magnificent ocean view stateroom on board the vessel. It
