My agent, Elizabeth, always knows what I'm looking for and where I like my room. (I like to be near where the waves crash so I can leave the balcony room door open and listen to the waves crash while we sleep, lol.) She makes sure we get the best rates and any perks onboard that may be available as well. She also sends me shore excursion options through a different vendor than the cruise line. We usually book excursions when we travel, but have especially enjoyed our excursions we book through this company. We definitely get a little more bang for our buck this way. (Meals of local cuisine are often included on these excursions, where the cruise ship excursions offer the same food you get onboard.) I have always been very pleased with her level of knowledge and excellent customer service. I definitely recommend her to anyone I know that asks me about all the amazing cruises we take.
