I just returned from a 28-day cruise on Windstar in the Caribbean. Windstar is an outstanding cruise line. The ship, Star Pride, is the right size. It goes into smaller places the big ships cannot get to. The itinerary was excellent. The crew is fantastic! The entertainment and meals on board were excellent. The shore excursions were all very well planned and executed. I give Windstar and the Star Pride my top rating.- Philip P.

Thank you for the fabulous job you did in organizing my South American trip. You did an amazing job! All of the trips and flights and hotels you reserved worked out very well. There were three little hiccups along the way, but a call here and a question there solved every one of them. The individual sheets you provided had enough info and phone numbers that when a question arose, I was able to get the answer.
Iguazu Falls is a MUST SEE! All three hotels you selected were excellent and in great locations.
The trips you selected at El Calafate were great.
I am very happy that you suggested going down to Ushuaia early. My bags spent an extra day in Bueno s Aires, but the extra time we built into the trip before the cruise meant that I was not stressed about my bags arriving late.

Sorry for not responding sooner—it’s been such a hectic two+ weeks! Yes, Tadhg and I made it to Poland after a marathon journey of driving and the cruise, and are now settling in. What a weird feeling to be here permanently now. I can’t tell how incredibly grateful I am to you for all you did to make this happen! I am so happy that I did this after all and brought Tadhg with me on the cruise. Admittedly, the first two days on the cruise felt very weird and isolating and I was worried that Tadhg was not doing well on the top deck in the kennels. But then by the 3rd day, everything changed—not only did Tadhg (and the other days included) start to loosen up and actually enjoy each other, but I had probably the best time I’ve ever had. It was totally unexpected and I thought it would be boring and I would simply eat well and get a lot of reading done. But everything turned out so well and it was way more fun and relaxing than I could imagine. So I’m truly grateful for all of your help!
Yes, of course, I almost forgot, but you can certainly cancel the January cruise! It’ll be great to get that deposit back.

We have decided our next adventure is the mediterranean. We may want to bring the whole family or not. The cruise line, we may want to defer to your experience. Our timing would preferably be in May or early June, if with family, otherwise the same time or in the Fall of 2020. We would also like to do a land trip in Italy, either before or after, if you can connect us with that.

Having a great time in Barcelona! Hotel 1898 es la bomba. They gave us a free tour of the Gothic district our 1st evening. Really enjoying the rooftop pool w/ drinks & tapas. Had a fabulous bike tour & lunch (4.5 hrs) yesterday. Our kids started checking in on us because we hadn’t posted anything and they got worried about us. Haha! Fun!
BTW the train ride from Madrid was very nice and comfortable. Thanks for such awesome planning.

We survived our 22hr door-door pond crossing. Woo-hoo! After an elongated siesta in our new temporary digs, we grabbed some euros and hit the metro. Ventured to Puerta de Sol for some tapas & shopping. Feeling more refreshed this Thursday am and enjoying an awesome breakfast at H10 Puerta de Alcala. Fueling up for our morning bike tour.

We wanted Susan to create an itinerary for seeing castles, historical sites and museums in Scotland, wanted to get around all of Scotland, wanted to drive ourselves and stay in hotels. Susan very quickly created an itinerary that met our requirements and worked with us to make some minor adjustments. She provided everything we needed and sent a package with all included. She kept the price within the range we specified. We just had to go on vacation and enjoy. She even arranged for no rain the entire time we were in Scotland.
