Very good cruise. The staff were nearly uniformly excellent. My Houseman, Joseph, was outstanding. Friendly and very welcoming.
O'Sheehan's was just one deck from my cabin so I had breakfast there most mornings and Hikmat was always welcoming me with a smile and a greeting. The omelets were perfect.
Summer Palace was a very nice restaurant, the pasta and the shrimp were outstanding. The steak, less so.
Indigo was very good as well.
Lotus Garden was not as good.
My cabin, 9564, was outstanding, well laid out and clean. Loved my balcony. The speaker in the room only worked intermittently, and when it did work it was 1 to 2 seconds behind the speaker in the corridor making it hard to understand. I meant to tell Joseph but failed to do so. I ended up getting left in St. Thomas because I thought our sailing time was 7pm not 2pm. If I had told the staff about the speaker I might have heard the announcement about the sailing time.
Tiara, the person who takes care of the strays who get left behind in St. Thomas, was excellent. The crew (presumably Joseph) had grabbed my passport and my meds and brought them to her before the ship sailed. I had a reservation in my favorite small hotel before we left the pier and Tiara delivered me to the Green Iguana in a rain shower that would have been irritating to walk in.
The fitness room was pretty good but crowded every morning. Even in a post-Covid world it would be nice to have more machines and more space between them. But it was clean and the people working out were careful to clean the machines after their workouts.

We had unforgettable vacation and can't wait to go again! It was pricey but worth every penny. Kids had magical time loaded with activities, Broadway type shows and an amazing food 24/7. Ship was spotless and customer service top notch! All this would not have been possible without Suzanne and her guidance and advice! She highly recommended Disney as the best option for our needs, helped with anything from the shuttle to the one night stay hotel, including food allergies notifications. Suzanne is a true professional and her timeliness and experience helped created a lifetime memories for us. Thank you Suzanne!
