What We Do
We take the pain out of booking vacations. Our goal is to have you show up at the airport and not worry about anything else. We can handle all facets of your vacation including flights, airport transfers, hotel stays, excursions, travel protection and of course cruises, resorts and all-inclusive land or ship based vacations. Unless you are booking a custom itinerary, we typically don't charge a fee!

The infinity pools, the palm trees in the main pool, The Restaurants, the Swim out Room in our "Preferred Club" area overlooking the Pacific Ocean!!! The kids loved the Pools, The Mocktails and that they found the Monkeys at the back of the properties to hand feed them M&M's Overall: Exceeded expectations. Very easy to get in and out, Transportation was waiting and efficient at the Airports. AA flights were great. Dream Las Mareas was organized with Check in and out as a Preferred Club, our VIP Concierge (Luis) Made all the On properties reservations for the Dinners and Spa appointment and all that went as planed. Frank hooked us up with a trip to the Dominican. It was easy and flawless. He even caught my husband’s passport woukd not be valid to return to the states. Saved us a ton of Havoc!

We worked with Frank to help plan our first trip to Italy. We gave him an idea of what we wanted and he suggested a couple options that were exactly what we were looking for. Frank was absolutely unbelievable! My husband & I decided, pretty much last minute, we wanted to visit family in Italy and then from there take a cruise. We basically gave Frank two months to plan. We knew going in, due to where our family lives, there would be air transportation issues, coming & going. He seemed to manage it all with ease. He spent a lot of time with us going through the excursions for the cruise. He explained which ones he thought would be beneficial, which were a waste of time...and money. Even though I kept changing my mind & asking a 100 questions, he was very patient.
About 1-1/2 weeks prior to us leaving, Frank sent us our packet of all of our information. He had all of our excursions labeled. Everything was organized & dated! It was awesome!! Including the Luggage tags printed, & folded just right for the ship!
After the visit with family, we flew to Venice to start the next leg of our adventure. Booked one night in a beautiful hotel over looking the canal, took a tour in the morning, and set up the taxi to the cruise ship.
We were gone a total of 3 weeks. There was a lot that went into this trip. Getting us to my husband's family was the most important, wonderful thing to happen for us... and Frank made our Zia & Zio ( aunt & uncle) very very happy. Lots of tears of joy.- Dena G.
Frank did a great job. His attnetion to detail leading up to our trip was fantastic as he helped uncover issues we, as casual travelers, would not have caught. We had one issue ( not Frank's fault) while we were on our trip and when we reached out to him on a Saturday evening he stopped what he was doing and made some calls to help us out. I Just took a trip on the riverboat the Viking Skadi through the Netherlands and Belgium. The weather was great and the Dutch flowers were all blooming, so that was a huge plus. We could lie in bed or on our deck and watch the countryside go by. We had great tours that were well managed with guides who spoke great English. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. Every day we'd come back to the ship better educated from our non strenuous tours. There were talks in the lounge every evening explaining the next day's excursions and giving us a background on our destination. If there is one thing I would improve on the boat it would be the dinner service. There was one 7:00 seating but we didn't usually get fed until about 8:00. Dinner took a whole 2 hours. The waiters were stretched very thin. I think if they had 2 dinner seatings- one early and one late- the people who are early eaters would be happier and the waiters would be able to serve better.- Lea H.

The cruise itself was absolutely phenomenal. From the fresh and extensive food options, the MyTime Dining where we made a reservation to eat at whatever time we wanted every night but were still able to get the same waitstaff every night, to the bartenders who remembered my annoying/complex drink order :), the multiple live music options going on constantly... to the amazing spots we visited!
Corfu was nice little beaches, in Kotor we climbed to the top of San Giovanni Castle which was absolutely incredible!, in Mykonos we rented an ATV and explored the island and beaches, in Athens we loved the Acropolis but really loved climbing to the top of Mount Lycabettus (a recommendation from the Athenian cab driver) for the panoramic view of the city, and our favorite port was Kefalonia where we went to Myrtos Beach (which has been ranked top 10 in the world). Myrtos Beach is one of the most incredible places I've ever been to!
