Paula is amazing always helpful very knowledgeable. The last resort we stayed at was for by buddy's 40th B-day. We didn't pick it but I got hurt on there pool broken tile 3 stitches. Resort didn't care just paid for medical. Called Paula and she took care of it quickly we got reinversed on part of it same day. We have always received excellent service on Norwegian - from cabin personnel to food allergen chef to guest services and beyond. The excursions are top notch; we've booked least expensive to mid-range. On our 50th anniversary back-to-back cruises, we celebrated for 14 days because our actual actual date was on the disembarkation and re-embarkation day. We were treated like royalty for two weeks. Loved the dualing pianos! We were the last ones out of the showroom every night they played, often at 1:00 or 2:00 am. We shared our complimentary chocolate-covered strawberries, wine, and champagne with other passengers. What a treat! Can't say enough about NCL.
