Just back from another cruise set up by Tom at Cruise Planners He has helped us on several cruises. Without his emergency help on a cruise a couple years ago it would have been a disaster. He worked all night trying to salvage a missed connection on an international flight to a cruise including accommodations in Norway where we had to connect with the boat. He made it all happen. Wow, mid-June to travel Alaska's inside passage by Princess Ship cruise was exceptional. Sunshine every day, mild temps, stunning views. Would highly recommend the South inside passage to anyone. Excursions were small groups and worthwhile to say the least. Have to be there to really appreciate the beauty. So honored to have been able to make such a journey. Wow - Tom once again arranged our motel and flight to New Zealand and hit the nail on the head! The hotel couldn't have been better and the flight and times were perfect to and fro. If planning to visit Aukland, use Sky City Hotel. Great service by staff from check-in to check-out, the room was big, beds big and comfy, amenities aplenty and the hotel was beautiful. We rented a camper van and toured the northern part of New Zealand visiting the Hobbiton Movie Set, Hot Sand Beach, Huka Falls and many other awesome stops along the way. Yellowstone National Park has nothing compared to their Waiotapu Thermal pool Park areas! Thanks To Tom and Cruise Planners for their help in our adventure! MR&CR

We were on a cruise when due to COVID-19 we were not allowed to disembark. We spent another 10 days onboard until we were allowed to disembark in San Diego. Throughout the entire time the agents at Adame Travel did an outstanding job of helping us including helping us get back home from San Diego. 5-Star outstanding service!

We just returned from our 2019 Alaska Cruise on Norwegian Cruise lines. Cruise Planners (Tom Trent) took care of all our arrangements. There were four couples traveling together. I'm sure it wasn't easy trying to coordinate all of us for our fine dining and excursions but Tom did an excellent job. The full cruise went off without a hitch. Cruise Planners also arranged our flights from Las Vegas to Seattle and with transportation from the airport to the cruise and return. Tom at Cruise Planners handled everything, he even checked us in online and printed all our boarding passes and baggage information, reviewed it all with us, and answered any questions before we left. Tom also gave excellent information including phone numbers we could contact while on our trip if we had problems arise (which we didn't).
